Adamland and eywflyer may be familiar usernames to you from the Glam Nation Tour concert threads that appeared regularly on mjsbigblog last year, and we decided to create a site dedicated to Adam Lambert concert info. This site will provide information on Adam’s upcoming tour, ticket sales, and when the time comes, concert threads for each tour date. We are looking forward to lots of fun during Adam’s second tour!

Update – Friday evening May 27th:
We are now less than 12 hours away from Adam’s first concert in over 5 months! Watch for the live concert thread late tonight/very early Saturday morning, depending on your time zone.

Schedule for the Maxidrom 2011 event in Moscow on Saturday (translated link):
Adam is slated to perform between 130 PM and 300 PM Saturday afternoon Moscow time. This translates to the following times in the U.S., very early on Saturday morning:
530-700 AM EDT
430-600 AM CDT
330-500 AM MDT
230-400 AM PDT
We will have a live thread available for that concert, starting an hour or two before Adam goes on stage and continuing through Saturday.

Single session tickets remain available for Adam’s performance at the Festival in Sainte-Agathe, Quebec on July 29th. I can FINALLY see Avatars. In order to do so, I have to view this site in Internet Explorer. Firefox is my main browser but won’t show the avatars. It does on MJ’s but not here. I’ll simply use IE when visiting here.
The edit function that wasn’t working on Firefox last night, now works on IE. Kind of strange but glad I was able to sort it out.

Question: do you guys prefer the current style of comment navigation with “Older Comments” and “Newer Comments” at the bottom of each page, or do you like the newfangled Comment Page numbers? I’ve been trying to get the comment page numbers working this afternoon but wondering if that’s what people prefer.
New so far today: clicking on the “Adminstrators” blue text under site contacts in the right-hand menu will bring up a contact form, completing this form will send an email to both myself and adamland.

Just noticed – I’m seeing the comment coding quick link buttons (bold, italic, link etc) all squashed together in IE, but they appear correctly in Chrome. Are ya’ll seeing the same thing?

Luval, there should be a little question mark in the upper right corner of Internet Explorer, click on that then click on “About Internet Explorer” and it should tell you what version you are using.
Just clicked the question mark…it says “Internet Explorer 8”

Sadly, no – work commitment. But even if that wasn’t the case, it was a LOT of $$$$$ to invest in a single performance (so probably wouldn’t have gone if I could). Quebec, on the other hand – looks like a go!

I see the “fire passport” count is down to 20 remaining. Expecting single session ticket info to be released on Monday, I’ll add any info to this post as I want to keep the welcome post on top of the site for this week.

eywflyer – do you know what the difference was between the fire passports and the prestige passports (besides the cost)?
suz, the prestige passports allowed you into an area that was closest to the stage. Still for all concerts. I believe that prestige tickets will be sold for individual concerts but that was in an early press conference that I found. I thought I saw prestige seating being sold for Eric LaPointe when he was first named as a performer but I don’t see it now; I assume that those tickets sold out quickly and then were removed as an option. Or maybe I didn’t see that. Frankly I wasn’t paying a lot of attention to the individual tickets because I knew that I wanted to see several concerts. (I speak French and am thrilled to see Eric LaPointe!)
Suz526 I didn’t know about the prestige passports, have been neglecting my @glamfansinfo duties the last few days with the new site work!
I don’t see how they could offer access to anything more than the fire ones, since the fire ones include all the shows. Maybe the prestige offered closer seating access?I see that Kradamour has the answer, the prestige ones were closer. Hopefully prestige level will still be available for single shows too, sounds like they will.BTW quick link buttons not squished in Firefox.
nkd thats interesting, I’m seeing them squished together too with IE8, but luval also uses IE8 and they are fine for her. Buttons are fine in Firefox and Chrome. They are still usable squished together so this fix will be further down my list for now.
kradamour, what are you thinking on the prestige passes for Adam’s concert, if they are offered? Yes or stay back farther?
