Adamland and eywflyer may be familiar usernames to you from the Glam Nation Tour concert threads that appeared regularly on mjsbigblog last year, and we decided to create a site dedicated to Adam Lambert concert info. This site will provide information on Adam’s upcoming tour, ticket sales, and when the time comes, concert threads for each tour date. We are looking forward to lots of fun during Adam’s second tour!

We are now less than 12 hours away from Adam’s first concert in over 5 months! Watch for the live concert thread late tonight/very early Saturday morning, depending on your time zone.

Schedule for the Maxidrom 2011 event in Moscow on Saturday (translated link):
Adam is slated to perform between 130 PM and 300 PM Saturday afternoon Moscow time. This translates to the following times in the U.S., very early on Saturday morning:
530-700 AM EDT
430-600 AM CDT
330-500 AM MDT
230-400 AM PDT
We will have a live thread available for that concert, starting an hour or two before Adam goes on stage and continuing through Saturday.

I just love reading how much love Adam got last night.
Just caught up with today’s headlines over at MJ’s. Geez. The Durbin/Gaga fracas, the Lee/Nigel dust-up. Holy moly shamoly.
I kinda spewed on the first headline thread a few minutes ago. It’s at the end. Didn’t realize that the evening thread was up already. Oh well.

Krad, I don’t think Sauli is loosing himself. I was a bit worried when I saw the eyeliner but he still hasn’t painted his fingernails and all in all he keeps a pretty grounded profile. He is a fairly well known figure in his own right and I hope that he can hold his own.
Oksana2000…thanks for that red carpet video. Watched it several times! It seemed like the black and white fingerless gloves were a bit stuck together when they had to part hands. So sweet. What a star.
And I can just picture Adam putting eyeliner on Sauli and getting him all spiffed up, probably having a good giggle about the impending night out.

About Sauli and Adam….when hubby and I go out, we sort of coordinate our outfits a little so we don’t look too discordant LOL. I think Sauli and Adam do the same, and they seem to like a lot of the same things, but Sauli definitely seems to be wearing more black and gray when he’s with Adam (but it could be him wanting to fit in with Adam’s crowd and their style, too). Don’t lots of couples do that?

From watching all his YouTube videos, he seems to be his own person, and very comfortable as such – and even now. He doesn’t seem to be hanging on Adam at all, his behavior seems very appropriate. Soooooo cute!
And I would bet Adam is doing everything in his power not to fall into his old (self-confessed in an interview) jealous, controlling mode. I think Sauli would be on a plane home if that were to happen.

So, can someone tell me what night and time (Central Standard Time) is the Moscow concert? I hope it is not tonight. I’m too frazzled by RL to even try to catch it if it is tonight or early tomorrow morning.
Oh riskylady, say you’re not like my parents!! They dress similarly all the time. Some people think it’s cute and sweet, but, it is so sugary sappy cute, It’s just too much.
Of course, in black/white and gray it’s one thing. But, matching white pants and a, for instance, turquoise top, it’s too much!!!

No, j/k, what I mean is, if he’s wearing earth colors I wouldn’t wear all black. It’s mostly a color thing, but not that we wear matching tops or bottoms LOL, just sort of blending. Anyway, anyone who knows me would never call me “sweet” LOL!

Do you know about any concert twitterlists? I don’t remember how it worked with japanese twitterlists, I vaguely recall we were using Google translator. Since most of the tweets will be written in cyryllic I assume we will need one.

Oksana, @lambert_live will post a twitter list at some point on Friday, I believe there are over 100 people on it already. We will definitely have the twitter list linked from the concert thread.
We were using google translator during some of the international dates last year, people would post links to static versions of the twitter lists which would show all the tweets up to when the translation was done, but wouldn’t update with new tweets as they came in.

Eywflyer, you have to admit, that concert starts at ungodly hour, no matter what time zone we are in.
We shouldn’t complain though, let’s think about poor Adam performing in the middle of the night.Luckily for him he is a night person.
Oksana, yea this one will be similar to those Asian/Pacific GNT dates which were always late night or early morning. European concerts are usually at a decent hour for the US, but this one is different because Moscow is a larger time zone difference and Adam is performing so early in the day. Too bad he wasn’t scheduled in the evening but I knew with Korn and The Prodigy there that Adam was gonna get an earlier slot.

Moscow concert…yes, it’s a good thing that Adam is young and strong – this is going to be a killer trip/concert for him! And for us… 5:30 am…okay, I can do it. (rolls eyes) Better take the laptop to bed with me, though, so I can just roll over and log on while I am still half-asleep…actually, the timing isn’t bad. We all get to wake up to Adam, kinda nice!, even if it is only a twitter feed but please let there be a live stream!

Just a thought about Gaga. I think she’s an amazing talent and love her music but wow her number was pretty provocative by AI standards! I wasn’t stunned as much by Adam as Gaga last night in prime time. It was the talk in the teachers’ lounge today! Definitely a double standard. Performers have such an influence on their younger fans in particular. I even see it in my 3rd grade students. The girls’ sexuality starts developing much earlier because in part to what they see in the media. Believe me I’m no prude but kids are sooo impressionable. OK I’ll get off my soapbox.

Before we totally leave the subject of the Idol finale and dive deep into Moscow, I just wanted to say that my heart skipped a few beats with delight and admiration when I saw the pictures of Adam and Sauli holding hands on the red carpet. That was a very important statement that they were making, and it took courage to do that on the Idol red carpet. Good good good for them. I wish that it wasn’t a big deal in our society to see two men holding hands on a red carpet (or anywhere else), but unfortunately it still is. Someday, I hope it’s seen as just like any other couple holding hands. What Adam and Sauli did matters in moving that vision forward.
Wow! You guys are going strong. Been spending a bit of time on MJ’s this week, though the most exciting Idol moment happened on the red carpet with Adam and Sauli.
Given the major political showdown expected between the Moscow authorities and the banned Gay Pride parade, I hope Sauli isn’t in Moscow. Not a safe place for a little guy to be wandering around on his own while Adam is rehearsing and interviewing.
Can’t wait for the concert. Set my alarm clock this morning.
