    I can’t put into words how happy and moved I am that Adam came to my city, Jerusalem. In addition to performing and partying in cosmopolitan Tel Aviv, he came to our spiritual core. Is there a smiley for “proud”? That is how I feel.

    @shuboogie Teffilin is that square thing he has on his head, and that leather strap wrapped around his fingers and arm

    it’s called a Kippah, it’s a symbolic jewish “hat” Smile

    Teffilin could be worn by men during prayers, and this box thingy on his head contains scrolls with versus from the bible

    Sorry, tefillin is the square box, and the straps wrapped around his hand and forearm. A kippah is a yarmulke is a skullcap. The tallis is the prayer shawl wrapped around him.

    I LOOOOOVE this.

    Also, directly behind him on the steps is the school or yeshiva which my number 2 son attended for 2 years just recently.

    He often went to the Wall and helped visitors lay tefillin and pray at the wall.

    My heart is so full on so many levels.

    There isn’t a functioning airport in Jerusalem. Ben Gurion international airport is on the main road between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, and services the whole country.

    IWBTLY. Love that so much. A while back, our cait sent me a CD, and it’s on there. Was listening to the CD on the way to the beach last weekend , at hubby’s request, and he asked to re-listen, louder.

    He likes Adam, just won’t admit it much.

    He did like seeing him at the wall today though, and all wrapped up to pray too.
