August saw Adam globetrotting to Australia, New Zealand, US, Germany, Poland, and England promoting The Original High. But the travel doesn’t stop there as he heads to South America for the first time. Queen + Adam reunite to play a series of dates there including Rock in Rio which Queen inaugurated some 30 years ago.

    So glad Adam had some time to see the city!! Recoleta is a huuuge cemetery located in the city where many prominent Argentinians and Eva Peron are buried. The tombs are AMAZING. It’s like a city itself. The pink building was Eva’s palace. Hope he gets to see some authentic tango, and goes to the river area for an amazing steak tonight. Nice to have a trusted companion along!

    I remember doing a cemetery tour in New Orleans. Tour buses were pulling up, it’s a real “thing” to do in NOLA.

    I find it much more interesting that they are together.

    Sad to hear about Ron, hope he’s doing better and sending him huge hugs and squeezes.

    Sauli looks so cute in that picture. I love cemeteries. There are a couple near my house…one that has several statues & mausoleums. When I had dogs I used to walk them there and “visit” everyone who had no vistors.

    There’s a “ghost walk” coming up soon.

    Me Too mils loved it. Went to LaFayette Cemetery Then went across the street to Commanders Palace and ate dinner. YUM

    glambot, we must have been on the same vacation! LOL. We did a walking tour of the Garden District, the cemetary tour and passed on Commander’s Palace for a place in the Quarter, best seafood of my life.

    I remember walking down Yonge Street in Toronto with Ron near his apartment and he was turning heads. Well, I was walking, luval was walking, TLKC was walking, but Ron with his statuesque grace and poise was more strutting, with his silver hair way up to there and his striking clothing, he truly is a head turner!! I’m sure people must think he’s a celebrity every time he leaves his place and simply saunters down the street.

    There is a private cemetery a few hours from my place… with the very “indonesian” name…San Diego Hills Memorial Park…
    They want to make it like a place for recreation as well because the place is so vast, we can easily do some biking over there… there is a swimming pool and a place for family gatherings and a place to get married.

    Does this mean you are also busy in 2016 with Queen-related projects?

    No plans, but there’s a possibility we’ll do some in there as well. It’s going very well. I’m in Buenos Aires at the moment. We just headlined Rock In Rio 30 years after we originally did that to another 100,000 people who are kids, really. It’s wonderful that our music still appeals to a new generation. So you’ll probably see some Queen activity.

    Adam looks stunning on that hair interview clip, love the shirt and the shorter hair. Is there another interview with that look, as I have seen lots of screencaps, but no interview.

    And that new interview glambotgram posted..is that a video?? can’t see anywhere to play it.

    Would love to know the real relationship between him and Sauli…are they just ‘friends with benefits’, or something more….they just seem to go together!

    Spandau Ballet have just toured here, HK fan. Very popular in NZ
    It was Freddie and his friend from Spandau that got so drunk that an Auckland concert in ’85? was very late starting and a bit of a mess. Queen covered Jailhouse rock and Freddie sang those words, but Tony Hadley (Spandau) joined him onstage and was singing the words to Tutti Frutti.

    TLKC Thank you for letting us know and kudos to the whole Canadian gang for keeping by his side. By the way I have missed seeing your lovely posts, I have been wondering where you were.

    I miss this place, too but working full time for the last couple of weeks has really cut into online recreation time. I did watch the RIR feed and was fully planning to squee extensively online last weekend until Ron’s accident.

    I am visiting him today and will update as soon as possible. The lovely messages you have all left here will cheer him up no end.

    Just checked my weather app and it said partly cloudy with 0% chance of precipitation. Fingers crossed that they are correct Fingers Crossed

    TLKC, I emailed you about ron, but I just wanted to write here, too, and wish him a very speedy recovery and to send a huge hug from very far away. Wish I was closer, but I am very thankful to all the Canadian ALLers who are taking such good care of him.
