Summer is almost over and so is the “Once In A Lifetime” tour. It has been a fantastic experience for Adam and Queen and for the many who were fortunate enough to see them live (and even for those who just saw them online). The concerts may be over soon but they live on in our memories and on Youtube (since our memories cannot always be relied upon). They will have to do for now as we wait for new music from Adam and possibly another tour in 2015. It will be here before we know it!

    So London, maybe Milan, Maybe Poland. And in the dead of winter? Yikes. Maybe the only venues they could get. Spring/summer venues are booked a year in advance so I’ve heard. (not assuming yet there won’t be spring or summer venues, though)

    eta: or they have other plans for spring/summer.

    Just wanted to comment on the delicious DSMN video above by Kittykat. It has a wonderful bit of banter by Adam, AND my fave thing from the 2012 tour, a little voice-guitar dialogue between Adam and Brian causing Adam to laugh, just before a wonderful rendition of the song. LOVE!!!

    RealPlayer has been causing me lots of problems lately, not completing downloads. Can someone recommend a program to convert YT videos to iTunes (on a PC, not a Mac) or to save them to a computer. My computer security flags just about everything as a threat, so I have to know that something is safe before I download it. Thanks.

    I use: http://www.freemake.com/

    When installed, it automatically adds a green rectangular box with the word ‘download’ and an arrow symbol below each YouTube video. You just click on it! It works on many, many other sites too.

    It will convert videos to many difference formats.

    Under HELP and then HOW TO, among other directives, it includes: Download and convert YouTube songs to iTunes.

    I don’t have iTunes, so I haven’t done that process, but I otherwise use Freemake all the time.

    Use this on a PC.

    It sometimes interposes ads and stuff saying you need to DL links, etc., but I ignore them. If they get too pesty, I just go back to the beginning again and this time usually don’t get them.

    Just downloaded the new great Tokyo vid that way and it works fine. It’s now on my iTunes.

    (Think I’ll try Ron’s next time.)
