As summer draws to a close, the fall season heats up with appearances by Adam at the iHeartRadio Music Festival with Queen, on the new album “True” by Avicii and on the new season of “Glee”. A triple threat: live, on CD/MP3 and on your TV! He may not be officially working on new music but we do know that he always has something going on.

    Thanks guys feel better. Just got a Billboard Magazine in the mail big cover photo of Avicii. Haven’t read the article yet.
    Can’t wait for tonight, Just love luval funny observations and aely/ info about everything. Thanks for anything from all that are there.
    Yes me too, I get so nervous when Adam preforms, thankful I live alone otherwise I would drive anyone around me crazy just with the pacing not to mention nervous chatter.

    There’s simply no way I’ll be awake here for the Queenbert stuff. It will be 2 AM here.

    This fan will need to rely on fan vids and vids of the stream.

    Is TALC going to be there?

    firsttimerob – I would also think that Adam would be eligible for an award for Best Vocal Performance on the song, too. (But what do I know? haha)

    For those that have brought the True album, does it say on the back who the featured artists are??
    I just checked Avicii’s vevo video for WMU and it doesn’t have the singers name…

    HK fan, on the liner notes the songwriters, producers, etc are listed, and then vocals by Adam Lambert, plus background vocals by King (Prince’s backups), etc. it’s like that for every song.
    The info just isn’t on the actual CD or case.
    Got mine today.

    So, I would think it is on the legal description of each track, just not on the track or CD. But, Avicii himself mentions them frequently.

    mils– What I would do is save the pic to your computer, then print it out from your picture viewer.

    So, to save it, right click and select “View Background Image,” then right click again and select “Save Image As” and save it to your computer in the directory of your choice. It should save as a .jpg.

    Then open it, and it should open in your Windows Live Photo Gallery or some other picture viewer. Click on the “Print” tab and you can choose how big you want the print out to be.

    There you go! Easy peasy!! Smile

    Thanks again for all the condolences. Hubby’s 3rd aunt to pass this year. Unreal but they were all elderly. Well you know the saying. The only things sure in life are death and taxes. Frown I am definitely going to Toronto wednesday thru early Sunday morning. tlkc I will see you thursday morning, right? Ron, I’ll do my best to see you for a few minutes but you know how these short trips are especially with family gatherings and I’ll have company with me from here that I don’t really want to know too much about my fandom obsession. Plus my mom’s dementia is progressing so I’ll try to spend as much time with her as possible too. We’ll see what happens.

    Hi Cher, yes you will see me on Thursday morning, unless Billy wants me to hold the fort at work (we are a two-person office), in which case I will go the evening before. I think the BOD will agree to close down for a day, though.

    Hi risky lady, is Adam listed as the LMD vocalist in the liner notes of Avicii’s cd? Rolling Stone suggested otherwise. It sounded to me as though only writers credits were given.
    I’ve been in a two-week funk for nothing? Frown Better a two-week funk than uncredited vocals, of course.

    Look who met some Trouble tonight!! The show was off the hook fantastic. Afterwards, Ty and the band went to the merch table and met everyone who wanted to meet them.

    I had him sign that picture of him with Adam. He was soooo nice. He took one look at the pic, and made kind of a sweet, “ohhh, look at us” sound, and lamented,”oh, my hat, I miss my hat.” We talked a tiny bit, and he asked me if I had heard the new song with Aviici. I said about 1,000 times, and he just smiled. We posed for the pic, and he hugged me close, and I had my hand on his very sweaty back!! He really leaned into me, if you can see the picture.

    Adam has some very nice very talented friends.

    If anyone out there reads this, if Vintage Trouble plays anywhere near you, please, run to buy tickets. You will not be disappointed. They just kill. And Ty is a whirling dynamo. He sure does work a crowd. Whew!

    Thanks everyone for the well wishes.

    its just gone 5.30pm here, Usagi is beginning to be felt, been raining all day but not heavy, but wind gusts are definitely picking up now…T8 signal will be raised in about 1 1/2 hours. Could be in for a sleepless night, cross your fingers that the T8 is still up in the morning then we get the day off workSmile
    Good news is the storm has veered course slightly, so maynot be as bad as feared…..bad news is its due to hit to the east of HK….where we are!!!

    Nope still no vines…..can get sound when on google chrome on my laptop but no picture, and I can usually see instagram vids on my home computer but not this one.
