As summer draws to a close, the fall season heats up with appearances by Adam at the iHeartRadio Music Festival with Queen, on the new album “True” by Avicii and on the new season of “Glee”. A triple threat: live, on CD/MP3 and on your TV! He may not be officially working on new music but we do know that he always has something going on.

    Avicii said that he and Nile had MOST of the lyrics written when they called Adam in. So although Adam I am sure added or changed words and certainly still deserves songwriting credit, it also sounds like he didn’t start out with only one phrase from Nile and Avicci to build on.

    When people say True is #1 in 44 countries, is that overall or dance chart or what? It matters because I think all ITunes rankings are relative, in other words, if True sold 10 digital copies, and all others only sold 5, then True is #1 but still only 10 copies in a simplistic example. I suspect relative sales are not that big on the dance chart alone, but #1 on the overall chart is probably some serious sales numbers if beating Katy and Gaga and Jay Z etc.

    Doesn’t anyone remember that person at LifeBall dressed as a woman, with beard and mustache? I think Adam even took a photo with her/him, but can’t find it. Could his Glee character be a teacher/student moonlighting as that to make extra cash????

    Bo’s very handsome – but the overkill on the abs is, for me, not attractive – perhaps it’s the narcissism that I tend to project goes with that type of body.

    Obviously, could be very wrong in this case – as well as realizing that it’s very attractive to others.

    That’s what I was thinking, ultimathule. Adam’s network of friends reaches very far and he really tries to do right and help out all of them.

    Had lunch today with my drummer friend & got talking about making it in the music business. So many good/great singers out there (bands too) that will never be heard by anyone. Even youtube doesn’t help. No matter what you (meaning my friend) may think of reality singing shows, Adam had 30,000,000 people watching him every week. You have to have a platform. And thank goodness he got it!!

    The choice to use Adam Lambert’s voice on the track came directly from Rodgers, and luckily, Avicii finds Lambert’s voice to be “truly incredible,” saying, “I’ve heard a lot of vocalist and he is really rare, such a talented vocalist — and he killed that song.”
