As summer draws to a close, the fall season heats up with appearances by Adam at the iHeartRadio Music Festival with Queen, on the new album “True” by Avicii and on the new season of “Glee”. A triple threat: live, on CD/MP3 and on your TV! He may not be officially working on new music but we do know that he always has something going on.

    I loved watching Avicii at the iTunes festival playing LMD, singing along and bouncing his hand. He’s a cutie!

    HK fan, do you have plans to go see Chic at the festival in HK? It could be “Good Times”.

    Hi Mils and nkd
    didn’t mean to sound whiney with my post…..just thought with all the Nile Rogers news lately it was interesting to have them come here.
    They are on the Saturday, which is the only day we were planning to go, also Franz Ferdinand, the 1975,and hopefully several others will be announced before the day.

    Off to bed, had a very long day, rugby tournament, football, more football and a party…..

    For me, a song needs 2b catchy by the 3rd listen n I don’t get sick of it after the 30th listen. This song IS that!! The way Adam sings it, the words just roll off his tongue so easily n effortlessly 4:01-05, but at the same time it’s intense n soulful. At times there’s rasp 1:16 for vulnerability n the way he ends each verse makes my senses tingle. Song’s got such a great hook and the guitar n tune n beat just build up, and at the end Adam’s ‘COME ON!’ (4:20) just hits a climax! I LOVE IT!!!

    Interesting news….she said she received lineup info with the tickets she received.

    @Chalpie: Queen + Adam Lambert 2 be the finale act for night 1 of the #iHeartRadio festival. Concert set to go till midnight but typically runs long.

    Hehehe, if I were an earlier act I would be nervous! We all know what happened at the EMAs!!! Grin

    ulti, I don’t know anything about this, just that many celebs have their friends and lovers sign these to protect their image and to avoid scandals and “tell all” books, stories, tabloid press, etc.

    Adam tends to keep his friends close, and they don’t seem like the “blabbing” type, but, when approached with money by unscrupulous people, sometimes money talks and lips tell all.

    And, I’m sure there are plenty of stories to tell about our guy. PLENTY. In every sense of the word!!!!!

    I download YT’s to my iTunes using http://www.onlinevideoconverter.com which works very well for me. However, it won’t dl a file the size of that Avicci concert – over an hour. Anyone have a recommendation for another dl site? Thanks.

    For downloading I have always used “keepvid” .I can watch with Windows Media Player.However I have a PC not a Mac. But for really special videos I convert to DVD using “ImToo” (which I had to buy)and keep on disc.

    Thanks, Kiwi – should have said I have a PC. Normally just dl to iTunes and then to iPod – but that converter I normally use won’t do these large files/vids.
