September finds blond Adam back in the US after a busy August touring Japan and Australia. What’s in store for us this month? A third single announcement? Confirmation about Idol judges (is Adam one of them?!)? More speculation of a Queen+Adam tour or possibly an actual Trespassing tour? Will he add more shows in the coming months? Even Adam’s hairdresser does not know for sure. So while we wait, continue to chat away about anything and everything Adam related. Enjoy!

    No matter what your political persuasion, Michelle Obama just gave one heck of a masterful speech. Like Adam, when someone is whip-smart, articulate, and comes from a place of passion and love, WOWZA.

    Some great stuff out there – try Air Biscuit for electronic.

    When you have great speakers, it’s nirvana. May invest in the near future in an even greater sound system. Great voices deserve it.

    Just finished listening to/watching my friend @kinkykeidis’s videos of London day 2 – she just uploaded them today. She was in a sweeeet spot in left balcony and got THE MOST PRISTINE sound I have heard! Nice views too, especially the Dragon dance and Adam’s exit with Brian. She has only 3 of day 1, but all of day 2 if anyone wants to revisit (I am addicted, must confess). Here’s a sample….

    Oh, and for Radio Gaga she has the BEST view of audience joy and clapping both balcony and floor together. Also captures a lot more crowd noise from both areas.

    Btw, Twitter is going absolutely bonkers over Michelle Obama’s speech tonight, as well as some other speeches from the DNC.
    They’re saying the speeches have generated more than 28,000 tweets per minute, more than double the 14,000 per minute from Romney’s speech. And lots of celebrities tweeting, Ricky Martin, Nancy Sinatra, Mia Farrow, Ashley Judd, Matt Giraud, Mary J Blige, Roger Ebert, MJ, Cher (the movie star), Anderson Cooper….

    Also, MJs reports Trespassing got an add today from that station that leaked it. They said it should be ready to play by tomorrow night. There is a campaign to purchase the single as soon as it’s announced, iTunes, Amazon….

    Thanks for the info about Kinkykiedis’s videos, riskylady. My fingers are sore with downloading all available versions of the Hammersmith performances but there will never be too much of this particular good thing for me.

    Always love hearing from you cher and better late than never. Too bad you missed Prince Harry.

    I actually think Bill Kaulitz does have an AFL fixation so I’ll forgive him the copy-cat stuff. He just can’t help himself and we all know what that’s like.

    TMZ not telling us anything new, just confirming what we already know:

    ‘American Idol’ Only 1 Judge Has Signed On

    “American Idol” is in a pickle — the judges start their on-air auditions in New York City in 2 weeks, and only one judge has signed a deal … sources connected with the show tell TMZ.

    Our sources tell us … only Mariah Carey has inked a deal … and a good deal it is at $18 mil.

    We know although producers are set on Nicki Minaj and Keith Urban … they have not fully come to terms on the deal and nothing is signed.

    And it gets worse. We’re told “A.I.” honchos want 4 judges on the panel this year, because they don’t think 2 women and a man will work. And they have not picked the 4th.

    But wait … there’s more. Randy Jackson — who is being kicked upstairs to mentor — has not signed his deal either.

    So right now … it’s Ryan Seacrest and Mariah Carey. On the bright side, it could be entertaining to see Mariah as Sybil.

    Thanks nkd and luval, that’s why I questioned it. I wasn’t sure if it was new. I knew the hair color was wrong but that could have been photoshopped if new. I guess my memory isn’t as good as some of you 29 year olds. I don’t remember that pic.

    Not the most radio friendly song, but it doesn’t matter anyway, cause radio won’t play it no matter what.
    I wonder if we are getting TS because of association with Pharrell.
