    9/19/10 – the Glam Nation Tour plays its final Florida date (and the final date in the Eastern U.S.) at the sold out Seminole Hard Rock Live in Hollywood. This was the highest confirmed gross on the entire tour with almost $250,000. This date also brought an end to the bus travel part of the tour, as the band flew to Washington state to close out the main U.S. leg in Pullayup after this show. Adam graciously introduced his bus drivers on stage.

    Morning peeps! nkd you are not alone in your swoondome over BB’s arms and shoulders. Most of the comments on the twitpic photo say something similiar.

    Adam tweeted out an old Christina A. vid saying folks should listen to her voice. He really loves her! Wonder when she will wake up and love him back? Her voice is so incredably rich and deep. Would be an interesting duet to try and meld the two of them together. Hope they try someday.

    Omg, it would be totally amazing if she would sing with Adam Lambert. His range is unbelievable! The two of them would be incredible together as she would of met her match vocally. But that’s also the down side. Her ego, diva status and fear of coming 2nd to Adam would probably mean it would never happen.

    I’ve always wondered how producing works. Does Adam who obviously Rico doesn’t know too much about just walk in…they exchange pleasantries, and then adam is asked to sing? Maybe a couple of bars but from what song? Does the producer or writer fit Adam’s voice to the song or the other way around? I have many questions.

    Of course we have no clue how Adam connected with Rico, but you know luval, experiencing his voice live is different. I can only imagine him standing right in front of you in a studio! WOW!
    Adam was in Miami working back in May/June after Moscow then London. ?????

    Geez, today is the 20th. I’m slipping….one year ago yesterday 9/19/2010 Adam was at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino like eywflyer posted.

    Adam announced that it was the 71st. show. His bus drivers surprised him on stage during IIHY…their last day with him. And supposedly Gloria Estafan was in the audience!

    Today is end of DADT in US military

    I saw this excellent documentary last night on HBO Canada and was surprised to see at the end that DADT was officially ending today. I had thought that it had already been repealed and implemented last December but apparently not. Glad to see that everyone is now allowed to serve openly in the military.

    yes, luval, I was at the HardRock, my 2nd Adam concert. They were so surprised when the bus drivers came out and danced around–too funny. My husband and I had good seats, center aisle, 10th row. The guy dancing in the aisle to Allthe Single Ladies was right behind me, Security told him to sit down but he kept on. I wanted Adam’s autograph soooo bad, I mentioned the M&G’s and my husband says why didn’t you buy one. I thought I was lucky enough to get him to go to the concert. He tried thru various connections to try to get me in but no go. So sweet of him to try though. After the concert I walked around outside for the buses (he went back into the casinos). I had a few drinks by this time and didnt feel comfortable walking at night around the hotel so I gave up. I know they were there darn-it!! Anyway my day will come I’m sure. There will be a next time.

    @rainierstar yeah- I love it! Some of it’s really fun and upbeat yet honest and real. Other tracks are moody, dark. Both sides of me…

    I feel like I’ve evolved as a singer and as a writer in the past few years. Learned so much on tour etc… The shift shows

    Agree, luval, this was a terrific twitter party.
    In every twitter party, BB manages to:
    – put out some new information
    – put out brush fires for things he wants us to know AREN’T true or happening
    – answer a silly question or two
    – make a statement about something
    – and usually he answers a question for advice. I loved this reply and how it was phrased: “Be productive and get your heart off it.”

    The tone of the twitter parties is more conversational than it was for the first one or two, as though he really is sitting and talking with us. In Ste Agathe we saw how important that is to him.

    I liked this definition from Urban Dictionary:

    I would say that the Details spread was something of a post gay manifesto.

    I never heard of Rico Love, but that doesn’t mean anything. His surprise doesn’t really surprise me, though, luval – he probably has heard OF Adam, but doubt that he went out of his way to listen? And gotta say, if he only heard FYE he didn’t hear much of the voice. (shakes head)

    I did not see that article, kradamour. It is so great that FYE music is getting this attention after almost 2 years. I just wish it would go platinum here! Wonder how many more sales until 1,000,000?
    Was talking to this 15yr volunteer at work about music and Itunes and she blurted out “itunes?, no one buys music”. I told her about stealing, taking money out of the hands of everyone involved in making the tune, etc. The same argument that goes nowhere. I can’t imagine how the music business can stay in business!!
