October is Adam month! Not only will he be in Vegas for 6 live concerts but will also be on the small screen (or wide screen). He’ll be on Ellen on the 8th, playing the devil on A Tale Dark And Grimm for several episodes starting on the 8th, judging on Clash Of The Cover Bands which premieres on the 13th and then livestreaming his Vegas show on the 29th. And if you want some recorded music, how about his guest track on “A Very Darren Crissmas”. Plenty of things to keep us entertained!!

To all the “he’s no Freddie”. No he’s not and I’m not here to convince you of his qualities, though he has many. However, if you’re genuinely Queen fans I do recommend the documentary “The Show Must Go On: The Queen and Adam Lambert Story” on Netflix in the UK. It follows from …30yrs ago & Freddie’s death. The grief of the remaining members. The journey they went on. Adams journey, finding each other. There’s live clips through the years from Freddie, the tribute in 92, Paul Rodgers, and of course Adam.
Even if you still disapprove of …Adam fronting Queen, it’s a must watch for Queen fans to update the history of the band. I think seeing the joy Brian & Roger have might help too.
That documentary introduced me to Adam, I’m a fan for life now, of him, his voice, his solo work, his activism.
