Adam showed what a good global citizen he is by using his “Superpower” to promote worthy causes to the world (along with Queen, of course). This month, he continues the promo for his latest EP, “Velvet: Side A”. We should see him on a few TV shows and hear more of his superpowerful songs on radio as well.

    Just received my Velvet side A from Amazon. Fast delivery to NZ. I’m really loving the new music. Especially the backing instruments rather than electronic. I can’t name a favourite, it changes every listen.

    I don’t see that a show like that will do anything for him or his career. Pain

    During the break, the warm up guy played games with the audience. He got 8 men to strip to their pants (all their own choice to do so) Adam was chatting with Will but when he spotted the semi naked men,he was so shocked and his eyes nearly popped out of their sockets!

    I think these people have always been annoyed with whoever is working with Adam. They always seem to know better.

    But I wonder at his absence right now when he should be pushing Velvet and doing it here, not just overseas. Basically nothing since Kelly and Ryan. He does seem to have just disappeared. Maybe taking a social media break but it doesn’t seem to be an opportune time. I am confused at his absence.

    Now I would not tell him that on twitter or sit around and complain to his publicist, just here. Grin

    I’ve been following him for 10 years, and I don’t feel left out if I don’t hear from him for two weeks lol.
    I support him because I love his voice, his music and his personality. I don’t need patting on the back for doing so.
    He’s been instagramming, we’ve gotten loads of interviews, we have some new music, new pics.
    Something must have happened to cause the two-week lapse in selfies, direct communication. Could have been illness, family emergency, anything, HE chose not to make it public. He’s not a child, and not our child.
    And to imply that he or his publicist have a responsibility to advise us of every decision or situation IS entitlement IMHO.
    I mean, 2 weeks? I don’t hear from each of my five children every 2 weeks.
    Adam has made clear he’s NOT chasing the charts, but some fans ARE.
    He must feel discouraged because he’s asked us to stream, which would help affect charts for those very same fans, but instead they complain about promo and harass his publicist. Streaming is more effective than “promo.”
