I think Justin Hawkins of The Darkness calls him that. I remember someone tweeted Justin to complain about IBIATCL by Adam on Glee and thought Lambo was derogatory, Justin replied no, it’s affectionate and we like Adam doing our song. Or something to that effect.

Lady Wood is like the scrappy sister to Adam Lambert’s last album. (Which is a huge compliment- Adam’s album is still fresh & marvelous)
Lambo sounds very Australian to me…I have many Ozzie friends and they add the o sound to so many words, like arvo (afternoon). ambo (ambulance) bottl-o, (a liquor store), defo (definitely) etc etc..
Its probably a term of endearment coming from an ozzie
