Hi HK fan. I think this is what happens. The auditions have already been recorded but the next part of XFactor is when the peeps that have made it through go to the “mansion”? and audition again in front of judges and maybe mentors. They are whittled down again. Finally the last ones standing will go on the live shows. So there’s still “work” to be done by the judges before live shows.

I’m so sad that the QAL tour is over already. But the guys are still clearly loving being on stage together, so I have high hopes for next year. In the meantime, it looks like XFactor is going to be quite amusing.

There are times when your people around you say something looks good but it doesn’t really… JMO
I really don’t mind the close shaved sides, and love that he’s been wearing his hair down a bit lately….the worst hairstyle ever was the one from the EMTV awards, this first outing with Queen…..and the GNT video 2nd worse.
About the hair… I am more in milwlovesadam‘s corner. Touring in countries with tropical temperatures make Adam yearns for a haircut ? Or maybe he wants to make the haircut eventually more consistent with his pretaped appearances on the X factor ?
Methinks the hair is about moments of spontaneity. He likes it short in hot weather show areas, and he’ll do just about anything as far as his hair and fashion go.
Now back to the wails…
milwlovesadam, LOL… enjoy the wails… yeah true, thank goodness for Adam’s spontaneity… it adds variety to the fan experience.
While enjoying HK fan‘s great pictures of the concert and watching HK’s TSMGO and Bangkok’s Borap… I remember snippets from my memory blur about the HongKong concert. I remember saying “seram” , which means “eerie” after hearing Adam’s singing WWTLF… just after the sentence ” when love must die”… I was so impressed that I totally missed out Brian’s short guitar solo before Adam continued to sing WWTLF…
I have to say, I felt the joy of the audience during the concert but during Borap it was really electricity… But I think Borap can be a very emotional moment for Queen fans. I wouldn’t be surprised that tears are shed… very intimate… a bit going down when it comes to mood.. so maybe Radio Gaga was placed after Borap to warm up the audience again for the finale… As an Adam fan, Borap was kind of emotional too because Borap was Adam’s second audition song on Idol. The song that made the judges say “yes”…

I think the running thread and feeling through both Adam’s solo concerts and all the QAL concerts is one big BLAST OF JOY! More than any other concerts I’ve been to. The love and love of performing that radiates into the audiences (and the brilliance of the material) ignites the crowd and fills the room/arena/field – it’s such a connection and energy, unforgettable and also addictive. Always want more!
Can’t wait to see what he/they come up with next. I hope Bri and Roger stay healthy and want to continue at least for a while. And Adam. These performances now are seamless and flawless, they’re completely bonded and in sync.
Btw, I think he achieved lyric mastery of TSMGO in Bangkok!
And, that Bangkok TYMD – like a jam session!!! Wish they’d make one of their official vids of it, just off the charts!!!
