    Wow. Whoever wrote that about that kid’s cover of Set Fire to the Rain was on something, and I don’t mean helium. Trembly voice, terrible phrasing, no control (wavering on high notes) and those notes weren’t even near Adam’s higher ones. Not one sustained high note with any power at all. Amazing how people get so blown away when there is no comparison to give context.

    Jordan Smith was the guy I talked about when he first auditioned on The Voice. Praises over the moon from the judges. “Never heard any voice like this ever. Hairs stood on end” things like that. I liked him at the audition but his performance this week was as risky lady described IMO.

    Whether he gets the votes when the live shows start remains to be seen.

    Listening to the car radio on my way to work and heard Hello by Adele for the first time. The DJ says “ugh, the most depressing song ever”. Lol. It did nothing for me.

    riskylady Sitting on hot coals… It was a quiet expensive concert ticket in Bali… can’t wait to see where the event will be held. Singapore is a nice place…where I dare to travel by myself.

    I think impact date is the official adds date and the date monitoring will begin. Some stations have added early, I believe 4 HAC and 3 or 4 Top40.

    Sooooo Excited to see Adam tonight with my friend Bill! This will be the 3rd time I’ve seen him. I first saw him back in 2010 at the Hobby Center here in Houston for the GNT and then last year at the Toyota Center with Queen!

    . The money is not the problem. The messed up biological clock, alias jetlag is. It takes at least 2 days to get used to the new schedule. So 2 extra days in very expensive S’pore living in a daze…
