    So I just watched the vimeo https://vimeo.com/141216684 of Adam hosting GOTV – Austria. I fast forwarded through most of the videos themselves and was more interested in hearing Adam’s comments. But he did include probably my favorite video of all times, Queen’s I Want to Break Free. Adam described the video and explained how it was a hit in Europe but that the American’s didn’t get it. He ended by saying “stupid Americans”. I just hope that no American reporters see it or the headlines will be “Adam Lambert says that Americans are stupid!”

    BTW, I watched it again and it is brilliant! And so much more than the bits where they are in drag in the take-off of the British TV show. There is a stunning ballet section.

    Of course, I will always relate the song to London, 2012 when Adam split is pants while singing this song, and I saw it from the first row balcony,lol.

    Hehe nice memories about the split pants… watching it with your own eyes..
    I always relate the song to my late father… as it is his favorite Queen song.. AOBTD is also one of his favorites. I was still living in Europe during that time.

    I did not know that the video was a parody on the longest lasting british opera “Coronation Street”. I just thought the video was a lot of fun… Freddie was according to me the funniest…And I was so mesmerized by Roger Taylor’s transformation in that video. LOL…

    ETA: and eeh those headlines will come…

    Have just watched that Vimeo video too…wonder why Adams WWFM and Madonnas videos weren’t shown??

    I haven’t seen that IWTBF for many years….hadn’t realised how little the other 3 were in it, its all Freddie…were all their videos like that?

    HK fan… hhmm I guess they were… Can’t recall all the videos.I think Brian, John and Roger were more present during the refrain… But even though Freddie was prominent in those videos, I always thought of Queen as a group… Not as Freddie and the rest..

    Watching early QAL videos, it amazes me how Adam´s voice evolved during this partneship. It´s so much stronger now! More refined. I guess singing Queen songs made him search for more techniques and stuff,

    I appreciate you too,sparkle! Love your sign offs although I usually see them the next morning. Can’t stop watching that shower video either. I wonder if it’s really in his house? He says “my house” but I don’t think he was talking about his personal house. Can’t imagine him having a photo shoot (including the shower) in his private personal space.
