September was a month full of surprises – Adam on Idol, Adam out and about and then to wrap up the month, the announcement of the UK and European Q+AL tour in early 2015. Can’t wait to see what October has in store! In the meantime, we’ll continue with the weekly walk down memory lane and revisit the summer’s concerts.

    Calgary, what is the venue capacity in Milan? Do you know?
    Paris sale starts tomorrow, would love for it to sell out, too. Ulti’s post says that the concert is causing a ‘real earthquake’ there, may it be so!
    I will be on a road trip tomorrow, wish I could track the sales. Drat.

    Luval, it’s crazy that they opened a second O2 concert without notice and added it to the open sale. There weren’t good seats available from the beginning. All at the back and side and upper levels . Scalper heaven, fan nightmare. I find it offensive that on the Ticketbastard UK site for the London concerts, that you can’t get a decent seat but their scalper site is offering you the best seats on the Ticketmaster page for double the price. It’s disgusting. Really Pissed Really Pissed Really Pissed

    I had erased the list for Prague because I don’t think that riskyhubby knows yet, lol, but since cher already gave him away, those of us with tickets so far are: risky and hubby, adamized, mmm222, NorthernLady, and me. Anyone else up for the trip? Prague is a beautiful, magical city. I have been there twice.

    He knows something is up if riskylady and I have been on the phone at ungodly hours of the night/morning and texting back and forth. Shut Mouth

    You guys are hilarious! Aren’t you leaving for a cruise tomorrow cher?

    The UK ticket situation was the same in 2012. Northern Spirit and I bought tickets right away and then found better seats on the resale site within minutes.

    The Hammersmith resale prices weren’t terrible to begin with and, at one of the concerts, a scalper complained to me about the unexpected addition of a third show – it hurt his business LOL!

    IMHO, the second O2 announcement was planned all along and the one-two announcement is intended to take some of the wind out of the resale ticket-sellers. They will be second-guessing their situation right now and won’t be as greedy.

    I would check out the re-sales right now, while they are trying to figure out what to do.

    NorthernLady has gone to Helsinki and can’t come on here. She has tickets for both London shows. Not great, but OK. She has been looking for people to travel and room with, but the Finnish Glamberts aren’t quite like us. Face it, nobody is like our little group. We have a ticket for her to come to Prague and really hope that she joins us. I didn’t really get a chance to speak to her in London 2012.

    I just checked out the resale sites and Stubhub only had about 300+ tickets for each London show. Strangely, there isn’t a listing for the Prague show on the resale site. The show is selling quickly in the regular site. The best sections are full already.

    Am still weighing options as to whether I can do any European shows. Almost sure I will be waiting until after the holidays to figure it all out. Hope not too late but that’s the way it is.

    Well, I am obsessed with happiness! Especially now that we’re going to Milan and Prague! Hubby has never been to the continent and LOVES Italian food. Found out there are trains and a bus from Verona through Munich to Prague – we love trains. And he also loves beer and sausage, so will stay in Munich a couple of days.
    I guess I have to thank Adam for kicking our ass and making us see other countries after 17 trips to Eng/Wales/Scotland (but we still love them too). Will finish up visiting faves in Scotland. Off season is great, lower prices everywhere. Getting thermals ready lol.
