After a busy September with an abundance of positive reviews of Adam’s appearance with Queen and on Avicii’s “True”, October should be a quiet month. He will be busy on GLEE but those shows will only be broadcast starting in November. Let’s hope for leaks and treats to keep us chatting – as if we needed an excuse!

    DVR’d Bridegroom last night and got up early to watch it. Three hankies. OMG. Loved the G and the GG-mother. Romeo and Romeo – hah! Both guys were incredible but Tom was definitely a Renaissance man. All the way from the military to Los Angeles via Vassar. How do you get over somebody like that?

    Past relationship: Adam and Drake dated from Spring 2009 until just before Halloween 2009. Marcus Molinari broke the break-up news on Halloween via twitter.

    One of Neil’s pre-Idol blogs mentions a New Year’s 2009 heart-to-heart with his “brother” about a broken relationship never going to get fixed so get over it. Clearly Adam hadn’t given up on Cheeks at that point.

    Don’t know exactly when they started dating but Drake showed up sitting beside Leila around Top 7 Idol. There were a few videos of him at the time and he seemed to be a very sweet guy. He’s a painter and he had a gallery show in LA in September 2009.

    I can see Adam re-visiting an old love. People grow and change. Maybe they are better fit now. Who knows?

    I need to find a way to see Bridegroom. I don’t have Netflix (they don’t have access to it here)and it isn’t listed on any of the movie or TV sites where I see my regular shows. OOF! Any suggestions?

    Lou Reed RIP – I saw him a couple of years ago at the Danforth Music Hall here in Toronto. It was actually Laurie Anderson’s (his wife’s) concert. He came out at the end, totally unexpectedly, and they sang a couple of songs together. We went nuts. My brother was over-the-moon. Remember thinking at the time how frail they both looked.

    Hi rs! Maybe someone will put it up on YouTube. Hope you get to watch the whole thing and not just snatches. The story grabs you immediately and it’s a slow build. So glad I could FF through the commercials.

    These two guys made quite a remarkable couple. They were each other’s first love and it looks as though it could have lasted forever. Not too many people ever get close to that. I wonder if Tom’s mother will see it. She obviously loved him very much. I can’t see her knowing about the film and not finding a way to see it.
