After a busy September with an abundance of positive reviews of Adam’s appearance with Queen and on Avicii’s “True”, October should be a quiet month. He will be busy on GLEE but those shows will only be broadcast starting in November. Let’s hope for leaks and treats to keep us chatting – as if we needed an excuse!

    We’ve seen Gravity a few days ago. Good movie!

    Yesterday we had to be out so I didn’t get to be here to have my purple fuzzy flowers on here. But I wore purple clothes and went around town.

    I was at Ocean Park (theme park) yesterday, and they were all geared up for Halloween, lots of staff walking round dressed up, and lots of extra attractions just for Halloween. We were walking past some Kpop haunted place and there was a very tall (for a local) guy dressed up all in black leather ish clothes, lots of big black feathers on his shoulders, chains, big Adam style black hair, make up……my daughter said, ooh look, he looks like Adam Lambert…..but kind of zombiefied!!! He definitely looked like he could have based his costume on Adam circa Glamnation era….

    It’s actually not a bad deal, price-wise.

    Crap, still can’t do it. Airfare looks like 7-800 bucks.

    These packages and the VIP ones are sold out I think. Only the 3 night packages remain at $299 per night double occupancy and $50 each extra person up to 4 people in the room. Plus taxes and resort fees of course. Each room gets 1 free valet parking. Not to mention how expensive the dining there is.
    They are not selling single nights nor the performance tickets only. However, if the hotel sells out and there is a large demand for tickets, then they may use a larger ballroom that seats up to 2,000 people and sell individual tickets. Bummer that it’s an IF situation. So hard to pay these prices especially living just 30 minutes away. The hotel will probably sell out because they market a lot of Thanksgiving weekend packages every year that have nothing to do with Adam. It was hard getting thru to them today. Their website got overloaded as Glamberts normally do and there were glitches all afternoon.

    Hey, you know what I just realized? That one year and a couple of days ago on Oct 17, 2012 was the Arizona State Fair show in Phoenix! Wow! What a great show that was – and what a blast we all had together! Oh yeah, and then I met Adam at the airport and gave him a hug! Sweet memories. Big Smile

    Doesn’t it seem like we are saying “one year ago…..( fill in the blank)” so much quicker now? Yikes time does fly by.

    As much as I would love to go to Miami I am happy to see that tickets/packages are really selling. And to possibly switch venues to a bigger area would be great to meet the demand. Although the intimacy of a private concert could be lost.

    Hope that Winstar will do well. Most people I know have no idea this far ahead what they’ll be doing New Years Eve.

    Methinks, too, asifcluless. Someone in that entourage is on Adam’s radar. Showing my obsessive side here but the canary was clearly in the latter group (i.e. came in the other car.) Perhaps he is a little overwhelmed by the cat… Grin

    I want some one-off Adam shows in a geographic area that is NOT coastal. ( unless it is Great Lakes coasts ).

    -I want Adam’s next album to be released in a huge way.

    -I want Adam to be here, in the USA for his album release. Unlike last time.

    -I want Adam to continue to grow and see much success from Glee and Aviici and future collaborations.

    – I want Adam to see some press about OOL on Bridegroom.

    -I want to be able to meet Adam again, somehow someway.

    I am very curious how this Miami gig will play out. Is everything really sold out? Maybe I’ll try to call them later. Maybe they have a plan “B” to offer.

    And I personally will not use the word “tour” anymore when referring to Queenbert. Not sure what I’ll use. Don’t really like one-off. Brian said they’d “cherry pick” it so maybe a play on that.
