After a busy September with an abundance of positive reviews of Adam’s appearance with Queen and on Avicii’s “True”, October should be a quiet month. He will be busy on GLEE but those shows will only be broadcast starting in November. Let’s hope for leaks and treats to keep us chatting – as if we needed an excuse!

    Good morning, ALL! Can’t believe I’m the first one here this morning. When you go to vote, check out all the AFL info by clicking on Adam’s pic. It’s pretty impressive.
    I remember a discussion about a re-release of Trespassing. November 15th would be a year and a half from the original date. With Glee and iHeart doing the promoting of Adam right now, it could really do well, especially if they included some live versions of some of the songs! Could they make Runnin’ a part of the album rather than a bonus song? What do you ALL think?

    Checking in from my sabbatical, looks like it has been audibly quiet but visually luscious!

    While I am away I have been watching all the Glee episodes from the beginning so that I can put Adam properly into context (yeah, I’m a little compulsive…) and my eyes are starting to cross…I actually enjoyed the first two seasons, three was getting a bit threadbare, and four is something of a hot mess, IMHO, but it’s just a framework for ADAM so it doesn’t really matter what the show is like, I guess.
    I didn’t like Blaine at first, but he is actually growing on me. Kate Hudson? Ooooooh, love her. Love her mom, too, apples don’t fall that far from trees.
    My favorite character is Brittney, so sweet and vacant with the cutest random lines! I just saw a photo of her VERY pregnant so I assume she did not come back for season 5?
    I think that I will disagree with those who said that Glee is nothing like real high school…having spent the last ten years teaching in high schools, it is sometimes hard for me to watch Glee episodes just because they are so real. Yes, with an element of caricature, but there is tremendous truth in that show.
    Can’t stand Mr. Schuster, though.
    And hard to make the acquaintance of and watch the Finn character knowing that Cory M. was gathered up this summer. I have been to the part of Vancouver where one buys heroin, and it is such a very sad and empty place…one of the places that I will never forget, it changed me to have been there. So of course when I am watching these episodes, I am looking for what in Cory might have led him to go there. Very hard to watch.

    On another note, Adam is still cleanshaven and gorgeous! I am delighted that he can have his own name for instagram, too.

    So nice to read all the posts and see the familiar names!
    Off to watch another couple of episodes, now – BBL!

    I haven’t watched much of season 2 or 3 of Glee. Will maybe catch up one day. I’ve seen enough episodes to know who is who, and story lines.
    I too liked Brittany, thought she wasn’t used enough, she was actually the best dancer out of all of them.

    If it’s true that Adam will be at this event, IMO it’s the best charity ever to be connected to. And what would he sing I wonder? What songs would be appropriate. Don’t think kids would be there. Something from Upright Cabaret? WWFM? Something upbeat…Never Close Our Eyes…Shout?
