Hi Ron, love your new avi! I have heard of the book, but haven’t seen it yet. Maybe when I go to the bookstore this week to check out Sookie books, I’ll take a peek at Babs’ book!
I hear she’s been performing again lately, have you ever seen her live?

Re: Politics
I’m with Elvis.
.
Is anyone watching the Pitts. Steelers game. They are wearing “Trespassing” uniforms!
So does anybody think our guy is in the land of TWHE and nkd and aely yet?
retjenny. Hi to you and Mr retjenny!
I’ll bet if we go to the Steelers official store we’d see more and better Trespassing items than Adam’s official store. Maybe I’ll go take a peek.
eta: Tons of stuff there but it all says “Pittsburgh Steelers”
mils…I don’t think Adam has gotten up yet!!!! There’s some kind of thing at Texas Hard Rock Cafe today but he will not be there.
here is lambertlust at the Hard Rock today: (he’s the guy that does the livestreaming sometimes. I think he’ll be doing it tomorrow.)

Hi Loval
Mr. rj says Hi.
The Steelers uniforms are throwback to 1934 uniforms. Wouldn’t it be sooooooooo cool if they played Trespassing during the game!
retjenny….halftime maybe? Although we don’t hear halftime shows anymore, just tons of talking heads!
Look at these Texas nails. They give me ideas!

I’ve said before that I don’t think like the majority of you. I respect your liberal political beliefs, but I don’t agree with them. I choose not to discuss it, because the remarks made here lead me to believe MY political beliefs would not be respected, otherwise I would love to talk about them.
I don’t mind anyone commenting in support of a candidate or a political view, as long as you aren’t also denigrating the other side at the same time, which is hurtful and insulting.
The one thing we can all agree on–our love of Adam, his voice and his music.
Since there’s not much Adam news at present, I’d like to mention a few things about Adam fans. Some of this is about Phoenix but it’s more about the fans. As most of you know I’m a little over 29 that most of you are. I traveled alone to Arizona but I knew I wouldn’t be alone after I got there. The fans I met first at MJ’s and those here have been the the best thing about being an Adam fan. I have met fun, interesting people from all walks of life and all area’s of the country. Retjenny and her husband Jim were great and after spending the first day with them I think they need their own reality TV show. There’s not a dull moment with these two. She also brought me a gift to remind me of the Des Moines show. Jluks also showed up in time for breakfast on Tues. Alot of you have met him and know what a generous,fun guy he is. More about Jlurks later. Ladybugs (my roommate}was next to arrive and she hadn’t changed from the classy lady I met in Hawaii. Luval was so hungry that she stopped to eat before checking in so we all joined her for a late lunch nearby. Our last eastcoast fans arrived in time for supper. Adamized and mmm222 added a new energy to our group and I was excited to meet them. Cwm checked in on Wednesday in time for lunch. She was last but not least. (Later she shared her every fans dream Adam encounter}. Goatie joined us at the Fair and went out with us afterwards. A lot of fans had more than one ticket and I used one of Goaties in section D as she had purchased one in section A which gave us great videos. I was not due to fly out till Friday afternoon, so I booked a tour on Thursday. After talking to the tour guy I decided the Grand Canyon trip might be too much in one day. He recomended the Apache Trail Trip which turned out to be a great choice. Since our hotel was so far north they wouldn’t pick me up there and set a Hilton Hotel nearer town for the pick up at 8:15. This is were Jlurks comes in. I think they drew straws as to who would drop me off and jlurks ended up as my driver. I must say I have a much higher respect for Prius now. That car not only looks good but is fun to ride in. Great dashboard and lots of zip, but maybe that depends on the driver. After the tour ended, I was the last passenger and he asked me if someone was picking me up at the Hilton and I said my ride down was now headed back to California. I told him I planed on taking a cab back to my hotel. He then offered to drop me off there. He asked me the address and I gave him 5152 Latham. He wasn’t familiar with that address so I said it’s at Hwy 10 and 51st. He wanted to know if I was sure as there is a Hwy 101. I don’t blame him as what he saw sitting next to him was (1.)a woman (2.)an older one (3.)one who hadn’t been to Phoenix before or driven there. He asked me if I could call the person who dropped me off and check the hotel location. I did just happen to have the list that mmm222 made up of all our names,e-mails and phone numbers. I called Jlurks(Jim) so he could reassure the tour driver. He happened to be 500 miles away. I mentioned we’d be close if he saw an IHOP and Carl Jrs. After we arrived he said I had a pretty good memory as Latham St.Ave. appeared just where I said it would. I gave him what I thought a cab would cost and he gave me half of it back. It had been a long day so I ate leftovers out of the fridge and microwave popcorn and made my shuttle reservation to the airport the next day. I posted already about the driver being an Adam fan so that was a great way to end my Adam adventure talking about Adam to another fan. Looking forward to more. (I didn’t post this on the Phoenix concert thread as cwm’s adventure just seemed a great close for that.}
Cher, I love you, but this reeks of what we’re talking about. You assume all Republicans don’t care or are against this issue. You can’t paint everyone with the same paintbrush. Yes, it can be pretty ugly in other places where politics are discussed, and I would hate it to be like that here.
As for Obama, he was pretty late to the game when it came to same-sex marriage, and I think his remarks are just pandering for votes. Did you see his recent MTV interview? He’s not planning to do anything for LGBT rights, especially on the federal level. http://www.mtv.com/videos/news/851691/president-obama-asserts-his-opposition-against-doma.jhtml#id=1696102
Society’s opinion on this subject is changing–and it’s thanks to people who are open and honest, like Adam, not to politicians. There’s a big difference between political rhetoric and action.
The economy is my issue this election. My husband has been out of work for the last three years. Unemployment has run out and we are one income. I had to deal with a cut-back on work hours, no raises in the last four years, and now my insurance premium has gone way up, and my prescription co-pay has increased thanks to Obamacare. We’ve had to move in with my oldest son because we can’t afford the repairs on our house. I am dreading what happens after the first of the year. There is nothing that would make me vote for Obama.
Ok. My last political post. Moving on. Jojosie, thank you sharing your experience. I enjoyed reliving it with you.
.
Please don’t tell me this will soon become one more site I’m not going to come to.
Thanks, Ellessay – appreciate what you’ve said very much. There’s more than a single issue in this election – and one must make choices as to which matters are the most important.
I’m deleting all my posts today.
I don’t want to be a source of any negativity.
ok so we are done with politics.
This is really great and important!!!
Gale Whittington @GaleChester
RT @Cattituude: TRESPASSING IS NOW ON Z100’S MEDIABASE FORM!!! HIT IT HARD, PEOPLE, AND RT, RT, RT!!!… http://fb.me/2kcT4G6Wx
On a lighter note…Twitter had me cracking up, I mean tears laughing. I don’t know how many of you are on Twitter but if you want a chuckle go back about an hour and look at the Adam mentions. Someone wanted to start a trend We want Adam Lambert on AMAs. Well, it did trend World Wide but just we want Adam Lambert. So people started adding their own mostly inappropriate ending to that statement and it got out of control. Even Shoshana tweeted what are we trying to say with this? Anyway, it was hysterical! But, it did trend for quite a while.
Also Adam tweeted to be sure and request on Z100 in New York, he is added to the request sheet. I will try and find the link and post to make voting easier
aely…is that the link I just posted above?
Wooh – just did it!
Yes, luval it is!
Woot!! It’s added in my area now too!
http://www.973radionow.com/main.html
Please help here too!! Some local zip codes : 53209 53202 53217 53029 53223 say Milwaukee and Tee Hee I always say I’m 29!
Can anybody post some of the twitter trail?
lol, mils!
Out of respect for eywflyer and with a deep apology to you sir, I am deleting my comments from earlier that seemed to have spawned the upset and defensive politicizing on your blog. I’ll just take myself away from here for a bit. Back to Adam y’all!!! He is the most important topic here.
And back to the subject of Adam and his fangs, it seems that others have had questions about where the fangs should be…here is a good explanation of fang teeth placement in movies and TV.
Are True Blood Vamps’ Fangs on the Wrong Teeth?
Jojosie – Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for your post above. There were many great recaps of the concert itself, but your post brought back the things that were the best part of the experience. You are a special lady! Your spunk and confidence to fly across country and meet up a group of mostly “strangers” is so admirable. When we four met at breakfast the next morning we went from strangers to great friends in about 3 minutes. I will show my kids what you said about us and they will say “”see, we told you that your both nuts” (Geez, I thought we were on our best behavior) I really hope that we will have the opportunity to meet you and all the others in our group again sometime down the road. And to also meet some of the many other great fans on this blog.
I have a question. If I vote for New York will this count for both stations as Elvis Duran is syndicated to the Milwaukee station as well? Or just vote both? Thanks
I apologize if I’ve offended anyone. I am in a bad situation and am a bit sensitive right now. I certainly don’t want anyone to delete their posts.
We’ve been friends, and I hope we all remain friends.
Where did you ever find that tidbit AL?
I swear, the people here are such good detectives!
On marketing–when I went to Walgreens to pick up meds, I saw an encap display for the new Taylor Swift album. There’s the album, t-shirts, and other merchandising items. On the next aisle is the Beiber stuff: huge Hallmark cards, singing toothbrushes, etc. The T Swift stuff was a bit classier than the Beibs. Of course, I tried to imagine a nice display for Adam’s Tresspassing: posters, t-shirts, fingernail polish, and of course, plenty of albums for sale.
Ellesay, my posts are deleted. I want this site to be a happy place. Lots of people, including you and me, are having tons of difficult things in their lives these days. This site is a constant happy place for me, and many others.
My husband and I have weathered a lot of unemployment over the years. I’m still “unemployed.” Well, “underemployed” may be a better term. I simply cannot find a job with benefits no matter how hard I try. I do understand your situation, and am also sensitive at times.
I just want this to continue to be a “happy place.”
So, I deleted my posts. “Nuf said.
Looking forward to some fun from the show tomorrow.
This is our boy.

Google is my friend!
I remembered hearing about why True Blood placed the fangs on the incisors and so googled “fang teeth placement”. I have lots of useless tidbits floating around in my head – good for Trivial Pursuit (and the occasional blog post and crossword) but not much else!
AL…I am full of useless information…at least that’s what someone at work told me.
I told them “I embrace it”.
JOJOSIE, so happy your day trip was a good one! retjenny , hi to your Jim. I have been meaning to write and thank you for the trespassing themed crafts but of course have been too distracted.
Mils, thanks for your consideration. I know you have strong feelings about things, and I don’t mind your rants. But I did understand what Planet Fierce was saying because I’ve felt that way myself at times. It would be a boring place if we all agreed on everything.
I’ve been pretty frustrated lately, with all the money trouble, I’ve broken three teeth this year–probably from clenching them. I’m still trying to get a crown on #2 tooth (they couldn’t save #3 and pulled it so I’m also looking at a $2000 bridge). Last night an old crown came off. @@ I’m hoping they can just cement it back on instead making a new one. I have other medical issues and don’t want to be spending all of my money on teeth! I used to have an elderly aunt who always talked about her teeth whenever I’d call her. Now I’ve BECOME her! My family is tired of hearing about it.
Adam related: As much as I like Vampire Adam, I’d love to see him do something else. I did like the PLL look. As for fangs-I’ve always thought of them as being on the canine teeth. The article about True Blood’s fangs was interesting in how the placement of the fangs added to the tension of the show. Wonder how Adam would look as a zombie–like MJ in Thriller.
Jojosie, no short straw. My traveling schecule best matched getting you to
the Hilton on time. And we did it with 10 minutes to spare! (no thanks to
Phoenix morning rush hour traffic). The shuttle driver reashuring phone call
about motel location was a pleasant surprise. Was three hours from home and
had just gotten out of the car to fill up. Good talking even if just for a
few. AND a pleasure to meet blog people and see acquaintances from other
concerts.
mils, remind me again when American Horror Story is on…station too!! Thanks!
mils, I was looking at the radio site you posted. How can you tell it’s been added? Where do you vote on it? Do you click on the “What music would you like to hear”?
I suspect radio has been laboring under that old impression that ALL of Adam’s fans are 40-60 yr old women, which hasn’t been the case for a while now, either that or as hubby says,
RCA ponied up some cash, cocaine and hookers.
@MRJOSHUAHART: Good times with the #glamberts @hardrockdallas! Look, one of my dogs is a #glambert now too! http://t.co/kPZOW3z5
The morning DJ here in Dallas. Too cute.
Anyone bid on the tie yet. Last I looked it was at $175.
http://wwww.charitybuzz.com/catalog_items/3184188
riskylady, go to Make A Request. Then click on Adam Lambert Tresspasing on the left side. Scroll all the way down to enter your info. All it takes is a name and the code.
No bids for me on the tie. Any Adam money is for concerts.
American Horror Story is on FX, Wednesdays at 9 Central. It is quite scary this year. Very big name actors too.
Luval and I … actually I, have decided that we’re going to be a team on the next season of “The Amazing Race”. It’s one of our favorite shows.
We can’t be called husband and wife … friends is just boring … so we’ll be the “Glamberts”. Note to self: use waterproof eyeliner.
As long as we don’t have to run anywhere, eat meat, carry anything heavy, drive a stick shift car, bungee jump or fly in an airplane … we’re a shoo-in to win!
Tay stuned.
I mean, stay tuned for further developments.
Anyone notice that the charity tie is JUST LIKE THE DUKE’S in Wilkes Barre? Adam stole the idea!
Sending good karma to all who are in the way of the hurricane…school here was cancelled for tomorrow, as was Kris Allen’s concert in Annapolis tomorrow, I am feeling sad about missing the oppy to meet up with some ALL peeps there.
Planet Fierce I have not been on the blog since last nite and just read your post. At the risk of opening the pandora box again, I will apologize for the post you referred to, when I said my son was campaigning hard for “the other guy”.
I used that phrase with the intent that it be light-hearted, and obviously missed my mark.
He is passionate in his support for Governor Romney, and I respect his position as I do yours.
And Ellessay, you have expressed before, and very graciously, that you do not necessarily agree with the political views that are held by many, if not most, of the other posters here, and I really admired your post. It is hard to speak up with a minority voice, even among friends, and I think that you know that you are very much liked and respected; I always scan a page for your posts, which are consistently thoughtful and bring something new and of value to any conversation.
I’ll go out on a limb here and hazard the thought that both Governor Romney and President Obama are decent human beings who want the best for the United States and its citizens. They both come with some baggage, and they both have some strengths. Each of us, in the secrecy of the voting booth, will look into our hearts and vote for the man in whom we have the most faith, and hope for the best. (And some will vote for a third party candidate, or will withhold their vote in honest protest.)

Thanks, mils. Here in Syracuse it’s 10pm. Will tape it this week.
Sorry that your concert was cancelled, Kradamour.
Ron…we can do it!
