    Some people on twitter are upset that others are posting where Adam’s cameo is. I think that’s dumb. Especially if you go to BR looking for it but when you bend down to eat some popcorn you miss it! It’s not a spoiler. It’s just information on where to look! And I think everyone saw the pic of him with the trucker hat on weeks ago.

    Well my son just got back from the movie with my 10 and 12 year old granddaughters and they are raving about the music. Now they want to see Queen and are so sorry they didn’t go to Vegas with me. Another generation loving Queen. My 12 year old granddaughter loves Adam so now she is really hooked. She picked him out in the movie. I just said watch for a trucker and she got it. Love it!

    But if there’s ever a perfect bliss for any studio executive, producer or filmmaker, it’s when a movie, which has had an embattled path to the screen, greatly succeeds and that’s what’s occurring for the second time at the weekend box office this fall as 20th Century Fox/New Regency/GK Films’ Freddie Mercury biopic Bohemian Rhapsody is blasting past its expectations with a $48.9M opening. Audiences remain crazy in love with Bohemian Rhapsody giving it an A CinemaScore, and four-and-half stars on Screen Engine/ComScore’s PostTrak, topped off with a super definite recommend of 75%. That should be enough to sail the $55M production beyond $50M by Saturday night. Already, the Queen pic is counting well over $13M for its release in the UK last weekend.

    I enjoyed Bohemian Rhapsody! I can see some of the critics’ points, but Rami Malek’s performance and the music outweighed any negatives for me. (loved the Mike Myers role and in-joke ?)

    My husband and I went to see Bohemian Rhapsody in IMAX today. We both loved it. My husband pointed out some things he thinks they should have touched on. But I feel it was just a 2 hour movie (2:14 actually) and in that amount of time I feel they hit the points that made them who they are.

    The music was loud and wonderful.
    We stayed til the end of credits.
    I saw Adam. In Love
    I laughed and cried.
    I could not positively say the crew on the scaffold was Roger and Brian, will have to wait for the DVD to FF and RW.
    I think the casting was brilliant.
    We went to the matinee and it was pretty empty, about 25 people.

    I rarely cry in public.
    I went to see #BohemianRhapsody today.
    I thought it looked ok, meh, perhaps some humour.

    This is the best movie I have seen in a very very long time.
    This movie is immense. Perfect. Moving. Funny. Real. Brave.
    And left me crying.
    Go see it.
