Shoshanna said No when asked if he was attending the AMA’s.
Also, they had lunch when she was here. That was it. Hmmmmm. Sure sounded like more than that in her tweet. I was really hoping for something. She is back in the UK now. I guess something could be announced soon.
Since the concert is at night and in November, she said it has been really nice weather
glitterpatti,did the concierge at the Fontainebleau tell someone it has been really nice weather here? I beg to differ! It has been raining literally nonstop since Tuesday and more rain to come until Wednesday. According to forecasts it will clear up by Thurs (Turkey Day) and into the weekend with only a 10% chance of rain but they are not always right as this past week proved.

I really liked the time spent with ‘dh’ as well – enjoyed his stories. I love it when people reminisce about their pasts. And I fell in love with the area where you grew up!
And talking about the Bridge, it was a bit disappointing. I hung out there a while and Clint Eastwood didn’t show up once! Bummer.

Just want to say thanks to Ron for the “party of the year” yesterday. He and his partner opened up their home to “toute le gang” for a major blast and one of the surprises was Mieps!
Northern Spirit joined us in a glass of wine
via SKYPE for half-an-hour and we had another gorgeous Adam 
which I will email to AL so that he can post it. A most unexpected choice of photo but so beautiful.
We also sprang a surprise birthday on luval, since she has been joining these gatherings for quite for a while and we wanted to celebrate her as well.
In additional to the glorious Mieps, we were joined by another delightful Glambert who Ron re-connected with on Halloween. She has been missing Glambert conversation and is planning to sign up for ALL at some point this week. O/ O/ O/
Biggest highlight: P & M gave luval and me 5-panel photo’s of Adam from the Hamilton Idol concert and guess what we found? Sleepwalker’s face peering out of the crowd! I was checking it out again this morning and guess what? Her face is actually in two panels. The second time her hand is palming her face is sheer joy as she gazes up at the awesome guy who brought us all together in the first place. LOVE HIM SO MUCH!

I swear Adam was damn near perfect in that Queenbert summer. Not going to say he will never look better but, it doesn’t matter whether you are talking still photos or videos, he was perfectly to-die-for last summer.

Back in town! Weather wasn’t as bad as it could have been but lost sleep thinking about it.
Yup, the parties keep getting better. And we all (several times, I think) brought up the point that Adam brought us together. So much fun.
One ironic thing Ron brought up was that my room number at the hotel was the same as his street number!
How could I forget this. The David Bowie exhibit was absolutely amazing! I had chills and a lump in my throat at times. If I lived in Toronto I would have gone multiple times. (like GN). And I definitely want to go to Chicago next year when it comes back. What really was interesting is the comparisons that could be made with Adam in so many ways. And the crowds!!! yikes All genders, ages, ethnicities (like GN). Loved seeing so many men and children there.
And people that were just meh about Bowie were turned around. Won’t mention any names
. It was spectacular and I cannot wait to see it again. Thank you TLKC!!!!!

My guess is that Mr. head shadow is one of the security people. Makes sense – his job would be to watch the crowd, not Adam, which would make it one of the toughest jobs on the planet for all of us here and I daresay most of the world!

I think I should have stated it differently. They have the ability to have the concert indoors or outdoors. She was saying that November weather in Miami is very comfortable compared to the hot humid summers.It could rain on concert night, but that does not pose a problem because of their indoor capacity.

You can really hear Adam on those two songs, however, I still am hoping for another solo sometime. You would think that after the chart success of MTN, that the writers would capitalize on that again.
But, we will have to wait until Feb. for that Darkness song.
