   Retjenny, yes, Adam was attacked by the editor of a gay publication here, saying his award from Glaad was undeserved, etc. etc. Of course, by now he is a seasoned veteran of being in the public eye, with a literal ARMY of defenders (although I still think some things might hurt his feelings a little). But at the same time, he got the Glaad honor, plus the Key to Miami Beach (and a LOT of love from everyone from the Mayor on down) and the award from Los Angeles, so that might have erased any sting. It was a dinky little publication anyway, and the staff didn’t agree with their stupid editor either.
   Miami and Miami Beach fell in love, hence the Make-A-Wish (a biiiggg swanky event) and BleauLive invites. I’m already on pins and needles!!!!!!

    Adore that “pimp” pic – had a little discussion over at MJs when it first appeared. (Think he dresses for the occasion and that was a small gig with that beautiful singer whose name I can’t remember.)

    The outfit is gorgeously outrageous – can’t think of another prominent male performer who could get away with it. Adam’s height, beauty, and confidence make it work for me.

    Yes, luval I did read that article. It is what is going on and why companies like Live Nation and 360 deals are becoming the norm. I think EP’s will be the next wave of album. Attention spans are non existent anymore, me included, I honestly have not listened to a entire album start to finish in years. I know I have not even listened to Adam’s all the way through and really listened. (I have put it on and it played in the background) Interesting, I never even realized that until now. I use my ipod on shuffle in my car, house, gym, etc. The article makes sense. I hope Adam can get in on the ground floor of some forward thinking label.

    Toss in a little Velvet Goldmine and some Liza Minelli, and we’re all set.

    That outfit is decidedly gender neutral. Adam loves to mix it up.

    On another note, that animal test reveals that I am a mix of a parrot and an elephant. So that would make me either an elepot or a parphant. LOL.

    I love the pimp hat pic too, and in Adam’s defense, he was going to a Taylor Momsen concert. She’s gotten very goth and outrageous with her band “The Pretty Reckless” so he looks quite appropriate to me.

Unless he was walking off stage at one of his concerts, which then I could very much get on board with this outfit, walking around Hollywood – NOPE. Even my nephew asked what he was for Halloween. We have gotten a huge amounts of laughs off that picture. Just because he looks silly sometimes doesn’t take anything away from him. I am sure I have worn plenty of outfits that would be the star of “What Not To Wear” this is one of his for me. It still makes me laugh at how ridiculous he can be and he owns it, I love him for that. For him saying how insecure he can be, he has balls of steel.

    Oh, and by the way, he’s still hot.

    Where did I read today that the Fontainbleau had a contest giving away single tickets? Something to do with tweeting in your best glam photo. Anybody aware of this?

    If true, they are breaking away from their “two night package deals”. Hate that. Just want to buy a ticket!!

    Now the matter of Biloxi. So many people will be traveling to Winstar for the 31st and then another concert is announced for 2 days earlier! 10 hours by car away (I looked it up). Kinda sorta reminds me of GN. This is not a tour by any means but how does one first make plans…hotel,plane, etc for the latter show only to find out there’s a new earlier show announced?

    I’m still up in the air about the 2 shows. Although partying with Adam on New Years eve may really be fun, I’d want to support the Biloxi show too! Go to both??

It could be an EP, single is more likely, but he doesn’t just post stuff to bide time. Shoshanna left London this afternoon, our time, so I hope we hear something this week. I hope he wins both of the awards in China to keep that interest rolling. I REALLY hope he wins the people’s choice award over Bieber.

    I have a ton of respect for Demi and that article just made me like her even more. Good for her to know her limits.
