riskylady, I’m with you – this wait has been grueling! If I didn’t have the holidays to distract me for this last month, I’m not sure I could make it. Sure hope the release is closer to the first of January rather than the end.

BTW, I thought I was the only one that thought “Nine” was a heck of a lot of fun. Loved the music, the costumes, the old time feel of the entire thing. Don’t know why it was such a flop.
I just rewatched Adam with Queen on the EMAs after a hiatus of several days. OMG, what a powerful moment for our boy. What an amazing way to relaunch yourself back into the public eye. Wish there could be something similiar on our side of the water.

Thanks for the thought Ron. Cher is right. Spent time with family in
Nebr and Huntsville, Al. Over-the-top, loud fun group. Got home Mon
night a little after 12. Lots of fog in Calif – but was good – not may cars
on the road to watch for. Adam – listened to Adam on ipod going and
coming – lots of Adam. Hope everyone had a great tday and are enjoying

11/29/10 – the Glam Nation Tour closed out its international leg with the last of a string of four UK dates at the sold out Shepherd’s Bush Empire in London. Adam and company returned to Los Angeles after this show, with only the two final mid December L.A. dates remaining in the tour.

” Resistance is Futile.” Captain Kirk, was so yummy back in the day. I was a mere toddler at the time, but, thanks to reruns, I had and still have a love of Trek.
TeeHee. “Resistance is Futile” is a line I have used several times in reference to Adam.

Mils, huge sci-fi dork here too. Love (and miss) Star Trek, loved Firefly, love Fringe, I read those multibook sci-fi sagas too (Diana Gabaldon, Lian Hearn, Terry Goodkind, Kevin Anderson). Not totally crazy, tho, also love historical fiction and crime fiction.

I recently returned from a family holiday in Vegas and desperately trying to catch up on all of the news.

I have to share with y’all an Adam moment that happened in Vegas over the weekend. We stayed at Caesars Palace which is huge and pretty much overwhelming. We seriously needed a GPS to navigate our way throughout the hotel. Anyway….My husband and I as well as my sister and her husband were in one of their many bars on Thursday evening that played music. I almost dropped when I heard IIHY come through loudly and clearly. I haven’t heard that song in public in ages, so I was beyond thrilled. Our guy is definitely out there — makes me so happy!
We also had tickets to Sting while we were there. He’s not Adam, but he did a great job!

We wanted to see Elton, but unfortunately he wasn’t performing over the Thanksgiving weekend. We got Sting instead, but he did a great job!

Having a great day, partly because I listened to my London birthday concert again. Great memories, partying with rs, mr, agathe.hb, Suz, meeting some of the UK fans, and snowy London (a rare event). And my 20-second M&G. The Universe owes me another one, for sure! I only mainly remember that Adam is as shockingly stunning in person as in photos, and soooooo sweet, other than that it’s a blur.
Now, I am going to attempt to vote on eywflyer‘s song list. He does spoil us, doesn’t he? So many goodies AND a place to meet in peace and comfort!

@dcglam I was also thrilled when I heard IIHY last week during a visit with my family to Wet ‘n Wild Orlando. I also heard IIHY on NY Z100 Elvis Duran & the Morning Show and WWFM on NY 95.5 WPLJ today. Good to hear that they are still playing his songs on the radio.
