Another month has arrived, and we are all anxiously awaiting the lead single from Adam’s upcoming new album. Will the new single be released this month? Will Adam perform at the American Music Awards once again? I think that Adam’s recent appearance on the cover of The Advocate signals that things are about to start happening again.

Hopefully our long wait is almost over. Enjoy the chat!

This is a QueenRockBand Blog page with several Queen collab videos and then a poll at the bottom. The EMA performance is on there, but it is also really interesting to listen to all of these others singing with Queen. Listen, but then vote for Adam!

Which brings me to: I woke up very sad this morning…it occurred to me that yesterday, after Adam’s two tweets, and after the whole AMA experience, he may have been feeling a little of that same anger. You know, “now I buttoned up (literally) and behaved like a good little boy and paid my dues again in tribute to the ‘all-forgiving’ ‘establishment’ – whose forgiveness I never asked for because I don’t think I should need to, but must accept and move on for my career.”
While I love that it happened, love that he received such a lovely applause, love that it’s over, still I feel it may have been a little bit of a bitter pill. He spent two years of hurt from the fallout of Out’s editor and the AMA overkill, with constant interview and media reminders.
Day drinking, indeed, relax in the sun by the pool and just let it go…….

riskylady, I don’t actually think Adam would have responded like that…after the initial fallout, I think his fans felt this more deeply than he did, to be honest. He is a lot more positive than we are, sometimes. and he is in a wonderful place now, and I think it would have been more of a relief than anything else, to finally put it to bed forever. Love that he wore the same suit – clearly something was on his mind, but that little bit of “in your face!” probably was enough for him. Adam has a great sense of subversive humor.

Who really knows, of course – but he has every reason to feel wonderful these days and no reason to linger on something that happened two years ago, when he was right out of the gate.

Wow today was amazing with all the new news. My Mom said paitence was never my strong suit so waiting for new music is darn hard!!!

While I was running errands today I had a thought. mils was going in for some tests while she slept. I hope she didn’t have any Adam dreams! I’m sure that would really mess up the results. The machines might not work under the circumstances! LOL

Back to Adam and his music, though — I am getting seriously antsy to hear what he’s got in store for us! All of these teasers are having their intended effect on me and are pushing my anticipation index way up. It reminds me of waiting for FYE’s release. I was so eager to hear Adam’s original music I could hardly stand it.

BTW, we’re coming up on the 2-year anniversary of FYE’s release really soon, aren’t we?

Loving the new articles from EW and RS! My friend sent the RS one over twitter while at work…nothin beats reading about Adam and getting an amazing picture with it!
