Another month has arrived, and we are all anxiously awaiting the lead single from Adam’s upcoming new album. Will the new single be released this month? Will Adam perform at the American Music Awards once again? I think that Adam’s recent appearance on the cover of The Advocate signals that things are about to start happening again.

Hopefully our long wait is almost over. Enjoy the chat!

    A Finnish article about the AMA’s had a blurb about Adam. After it went thru ‘Google Translate’ here’s what it said:

    The Finnish-in-law , Adam Lambert, a flexible metal-anniversary gala. At his side walked the red carpet as expected , Sauli Koskinen .

    dcglam, I love your son’s football philosophy – the Cowboys are certainly no strangers to that! We also refer to it as “Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory” Smile.

    Thanks for your well wishes for my daughter – older son had a tough time with his recovery, so I’m hoping for better this go around (she’s actually tougher than him anyway!)

    As I read all the comments I remembered a statement Adam made. He said that when he’s told “no” he pushes back. That’s what I thought of when I saw his wardrobe choice. His quiet way of saying “f**k you”. I’m so glad he stuck to his guns & never said sorry. In fact my first response to that kiss 2 years ago was a huge cheer and it’s about time. Then reality struck and I just held my breath for days. But see it all works out and sometimes better than we or he could ever imagine. A divine power @ work!

    A little OT, but glad to see some football fans here. Even though I live in a state with no major sport teams I come from mils’ home town. So I have Packer blood in my veins. There were some good games yesterday.

    Just received this in an email. I’m not able to view it but maybe some of you can:

    If you haven’t seen this yet, there is some video of Adam and Sauli outside at the after party. I didn’t know Sauli smoked. I worry about Adam and his lungs now.

    I see Adam has himself a bodyguard that I never saw before.

    asif In that video you posted – at about 1:40 Sauli takes something out of his pocket and Adam raises his right arm towards it as if to say – don’t. Wonder what that was.

    Dcglam your sister is one lucky gal to be @ the game. My brother put his girls on the season ticket list when they were born 25 years ago. He was told then that their grandchildren might get the tickets! There’s nothing like Packer fans!

    Loved Adam’s after party look. I, too, wish Sauli didn’t smoke. I gave up the habit years ago (many) and I think that was the cause of my neck/throat cancer.

    Sauli still smokes. So does Danielle. Hard to quit I guess. As long as he does it outside things should be fine.

    Adam looked so fine at the awards and after party. I love his hat!!! Wasn’t that the one he wore in Japan? But it could have used some feathers around the neck.

    I read somewhere that Neil and a few of his dancers smoked.

    Second handed smoke is not good.

    Find that vid fascinating, asif – caught a glimpse of what Adam has stated as his “possessiveness.” Even though among friends, his eyes always seem to gravitate towards Sauli. And like how after Adam grabs his arm, Sauli flicks the butt away. Watch expressions going down the stairs – interesting.

    asif…at the end of the video you posted I can hear Adam saying to Sauli “if you want it you should have asked for it”. I think Sauli wanted a Coke.

    I don’t think that’s a bodyguard. If it was, he wasn’t guarding that well…staying a bit away from adam.

    It was a good night for Adam and Sauli. Adam was perfect at AMAs. They had a good time at the after party.

    Hi Ellesay…I noticed you mentioned “that kid” was up on stage with LMFAO last night. He’s Keenan Cahill, 16yrs old. He’s been around a few years and his claim to fame is singing on youtube with just about any popular song (karaoke). He’s appeared on virtually every award show at the invitation of a performer. He’s done commercials, been on several tv shows and even has his own clothing line. Ain’t shabby.

    lol ultimathule….Driving home from work today all I could think about was “Better Than I…..” and forgot the rest!! I was thinking Better Than I Could Ever, Better Than I ever Knew…I kept going on and on! Was thankful to go in the house and look at my piece of paper!

    I’m counting on that rainbowgal4! I’m trying not to be a Debbie Downer about the demo. But I’ve been listening to the demos vs the songs as they were finally released (here and on other sites) and honestly they sound the same to me!

    A couple of additional thoughts coming from last night’s AMAs…

    First of all, Adam has the perfect body type to rock any style he chooses — tall and slender. Lucky guy!!

    Secondly, I have watched Adam’s presentation a number of times. I continue to marvel at his charisma on stage, no matter if he is performing or just speaking. He always manages to OWN that stage. The guy is now more than a triple threat on stage. Yes, he has the insane vocals, the unmatched stage charisma, and the awesome dance moves to accompany his music. However, this time around he will also have writing credentials as well as executive producing to accompany his ever growing list of accolades.

    Me not liking the hat last night cause in some pictures he looks like a prettier Boy George. I’m ducking now, but it’s how I feel. There are more pictures on Adam_pictures twitter. Too bad her site is down due to construction as it’s easier to see them there. Our boy did good last night and happy to see so many pictures and the fact that he got notable applause.

    Well, all I can say is thank goodness Adam hasn’t released his single yet….I’m having a hard enough time keeping up with all thats been happening in Nov as it is!!!
    Thought Adam and Sauli looked great on the red carpet, can’t believe he’s not made everyones best dressed list.
    Haven’t watched the AMA’s (apart from Adams bit…30sec is not long enough, he should have introduced everyone!) Seen some articles though, one question, why was Beiber wearing a space age suit to sing a xmas song about Mistletoe???
    Agree about the hat making him look like Boy George, not that it didn’t suit him, just not good to have any part of him remind people of Boy George..

    aww jojosie thanks for that. We just muddle through and try and keep him as happy and healthy as we can. Reality hit hard though this week, as we were celebrating our sons 21st, we found out a friends special needs son died the same week from a seizure. Both me and my husband keep thinking about it, as we know one day it could be us..

    I hear what you’re hearing, luval, but I’m pretty sure that’s the paps outside on the sidewalk saying it. It’s obviously someone in fairly close proximity to the camera saying it. Adam is in the car with the windows up and his head down, so we couldn’t possibly hear what he’s saying to Sauli. JHMO Smile

    Also, at the top of the stairs, I think Adam just tapped Sauli on the arm to let him know it was time to leave, and that’s when Sauli put his cigarette out. I don’t think it’s any more mysterious or controlling a gesture than that.

    It looked to me like it was a cell phone that Sauli was pulling out of his pocket on the way down the stairs.

    Awwww. Guys, the hat is just more recycling. It’s from that fabulous Lee Cherry pic with the hangy downy charms and feathers where he’s smoking…what… and the smoke is swirling around him.

    He also recycled his long coat of the evening.

    Yes, he does seem to be channeling Boy George, but, also looks a little Amish to me!! Or, like one of those Italian priests. ( Not trying to offend, just looks like that to me)
