Adam Lambert and his band play at Maxidrom in Moscow, Russia for the Maximum 103.7 FM Festival. Also in the line up are Prodigy, Travis and Korn. Adam was onstage for about an hour long set between 2pm and 3pm Moscow time (6-7am EDT).
In July, Adam and his crew are scheduled to play at the Sainte Agathe en Feux Festival on the 29th!

God he looks so happy! Glad he didn’t find out about the Choi incident until afterwards. What a blow to the stomach that must have been. Imagine feeling all that love and acceptance and then realizing that folks standing up for your basic freedoms are beaten and arrested.
Though it has been said over and over, Adam’s voice yesterday was amazing. The less choreographed, more rock venue let him take liberties with his “instrument”. I am so excited to see what he does in Quebec after this. (not that I wasn’t excited before)

Good morning, just added a link up top to Planet Fierce’s Moscow photobucket album. Did a quick search for new vids but only found (besides the barricades video that Oksana linked) one new WWFM, which has bad audio with the crowd singing coming through louder than Adam through much of it. If anyone finds any quality new vids today please link them here and I’ll update the post this afternoon. We still only have partials for Strut and WLL.

Oksana2000, thanks for that barricade video! Now from what I saw:
1) Adam is a total charmer (duh)
2) Adam is taller than everyone…fans,guards (duh)
3) Adam tells the one girl at the fence “you are very beautiful”…she must be dying (duh)
So more “what else is new”. I can’t think of much more that could surprise us about this man, but then he surprises us! (usually the hair..lol)
Just read the lambosessed review…loved it, but she said when he took off his jacket he had a vest on. Was there a vest I missed? Maybe it was the “quality” of the videos.

My thought on the latest of Adam tweets. He is ALONE at the airport and bored waiting for the plane. That’s when he usually tweets. There is no plane leaving for Helsinki for the next 3 hours. He might be NOT going there. WHERE is he going by himself? Sweden?
He tweeted picture of his drink and now he reads gazillion of tweets from his fans. He does it, when he has time to kill.
I should stop now with this TMZ work and do something useful for a change…
BTW, his Finnish fans are speculating if the should go to airport at 6PM, local time. Maybe they know something I don’t? We’ll find out in an hour and a half…
Maybe Sweden, there seems to be a lot of talk about the possibility of him going to work with Max Martin while he is that close. I am sure we will hear about it where ever he goes.

Blue streaks in the hair.
The nail polish is not black. Looks Gray-ish/Blue-ish.
The eyes are made-up. Just not as heavily as GN.
BTW: I’m laughing because my son #1 has hair and beard identical to Monte’s. Super short up top, and heavy beard. Except my son is ash blonde up top and brown/ginger beard.

I sincerely hope that on his next tour he doesn’t have very many of these venue types. It’s just not good for his vocal cords. Those lovelies need TLC. IMHO.

Hey, did anyone else notice how high the barricades were? It was like Adam was an animal in a cage or a display, and people were reaching through the bars to get to him.
There also seemed to be video professionals filming all of that. Maybe for Russian TV? Maybe for another “on the road” montage for the next DVD?
Over on 24/7 there is a whole post of how Sauli is in Finland waiting for Adam with his friend who owns Jenny Woo’s, where they met. They tweeted “Where are you Adam Lambert. Get here soon bitch!”

I say Wembley Stadium!! I do worry about his voice. In GN tour it got stronger as he went on but it’s these “here and there” concerts that could strain it. Is that what you call one offs? Never understood that.

I don’t listen to much Gaga but I like Edge of Glory. At first I thought her and Springsteen collaborated…the words, sounds like something he’d write, melody…but realized he had nothing to do with it! I like Judas too.

luval, it’s funny you mentioned Springsteen. Was it you who said she watched the Gaga special the other night on MTV? Because she talked a lot about how Springsteen influenced her. Especially Thunder Road.
mils, am still here. I watched about 10minutes of MTV special. It was not about Springsteen. Funny! But I guess everyone influences everyone. It’s hard to have a truly different sound these days. It’s the voice that has to stand out. I love Gaga’s voice.
