We never know how much we miss seeing Adam perform live until we see/hear him perform live. He shines no matter whose songs he’s singing: his own songs, some Queen songs, some old covers and especially, some brand new ones. His early May “#saygay mini-tour” in Florida and Georgia is a perfect vocal mix. Then it’s off overseas to rehearse with the QAL gang before kicking off the postponed “Rhapsody Tour” at the end of the month in Ireland. We certainly will get our “performing Adam” fix!

    Wow, that’s some serious pressure on Adam, coming off 2 Scotland shows, then this, then the next two nights the first two O2 shows. Five in a row. I know he’s a pro, he’ll get it done! This probably won’t be a long set, I imagine.
    Guesses as to songs?
    My guess: WWRY, WATC, BoRhap, maybe STL. The biggies. Or maybe Radio Gaga, very interactive.

    The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Concert lineup has been revealed, and it includes none other than our #Eurovision hero Sam Ryder!! Alongside the likes of Adam Lambert, Elton John, Alicia Keys, Diana Ross… it just keeps getting better for him ?

    Someone on twitter the other day noticed that Adam & Sam Ryder started following each other. I still don’t know who he is.

    Sadly, it’s too late to get tickets to attend the concert.

    Ten thousand free tickets have already been allocated in a public ballot, which closed in March.

    A further 7,500 tickets have gone to key workers, volunteers, charity workers and members of the Armed Forces.

    The show is only 2 1/2 hours with so many guest stars. QAL will probably do a short medley with snippets of songs IMO.

    I’m thrilled with this ( kinda leaked by Brian weeks ago ) news being made official!!

    Thinking they’ll do WWRY and WATC.
    Like The Oscars.
    Maybe BoRhap. Anything more would be icing on the cake.

    Dreaming of a re-do of Live Aid. Again.

    But really, the recognition of Adam is super huge across the pond. His name and star have risen so much with Starstruck and other shows.

    Wonder if his knowing about this and knowing that Duran Duran would be performing influenced his covering Come Undone in his shows recently.

    Hoping he’ll get to meet and interact with other performers.

    A dream duet I’ve had in my mind for years now has been Andrea Bocelli and Adam. Not that it would happen at the Jubilee, but sometime.

    I know there are many great names on the list of performers for this event but my eyes keep zeroing in on @adamlambert the same way they did when I first saw him on TV auditioning for American Idol. IMO best vocalist on the planet. ❤️ #AdamLambert
