Something tells me I’ll be running a low-grade anxiety till next week. Never changes.
Josiah was just awful on Starlight, Voice was going all over the place. He CAN NOT reach the not so high notes. He’s a model, handsome but he can’t sing. IMO, of course.
And no to WWFM on Idol. I think they may just do a cover but not anything of Adam’s.
I do like that he will duet with Angie.
I hope he can mentor on Wed also.
I would hope that super polite aren’t I so sweet and respectful when I duet Adam doesn’t come out to play.

For the record, I am okay if I never hear WWFM again. I can’t remember if anyone ever sang a cover with their “star”? I can’t think of one. That is why I went with WWFM. Can anyone think of one.
Oh this is so exciting if this is true, Adam singing with Angie. I didnt like her at first, but have grown to like her. They need to do an awsome song, not one of Adams especially, just a good song, that will showcase him,

So that is Lenny Kravitz? I knew the name but hadn’t heard anything he performed. Gotta say I really hated that. Just noise.
I’ll admit that I rarely watched the Adam vids of covers/encores. In Paris he performed Purple Haze and I had no idea what it was and I didn’t like it, so I pretty much stuck to his own music when I watched vids of other concerts.
I hope he does something more appealing than AYGGMW. Where is the voice in that?

As much as I LOVE seeing Adam on TV, I always feel some sad disappointment (VH1 Divas) as he seems to be held back from what he can perform as a “powerful” singer and what we have seen as a live performer….I’m keeping my fingers crossed as something is better than nothing it’s just that he is SOOOO DARN TALENTED!!!!!!!!!!

Kradamour, I know what you mean about not liking Adam’s covers of songs the first time you hear them. I didn’t know Purple Haze, Are you gonna Go My way, or Shout, and probably a few others (mostly the rock songs). and on first hearing I wasn’t impressed. I couldn’t understand the words and didn’t get the melody. But after hearing them a few times, and Adam improved enormously from concert to concert, I really grew to like them, especially AYGGMW. (Later I went to hear the original and didn’t like it as much as Adam’s version, lol). So don’t give up. They will grow on you. On the other hand, I adored This is Love on first hearing and, of course, Stay, which I had never heard before either.
I’d like Adam and Angie to sing a rockier song too, but agree with Krads (sorry Mils), no to AYGGMY, don’t like that song at all, or Purple Haze, or Enter Sandman…..Don’t dislike Adams performances of them, just don’t like the songs. Love Shout and 20th century boy…..must be because I’m English!!

About Adam being on the AI final, I think it is great!
Huge audience, great publicity. Vocally I would have preferred to see him duet with Candice, and Angie hasn’t been one of my favorites, but she is on record as saying that Adam is one of her Idols so this must be a dream come true for her. And that is what the finals are all about. Besides, in her heart she wants to be a rocker chick and I think that Adam will bring that out of her. So I am all for it. Can’t wait

Agree about Beiber as a judge. It might actually make me stop watching. Haven’t they learned anything from the costly disasters that were Brittney, Nicki, JLo, et.al? I heard that Simon is going for chemistry rather than big names on the X-Factor next year. Either he got smart or ran out of money.
I’m very happy Adam will be on the AI finale, no matter what he sings with Angie. He will look great and sound great, and remind people how wonderful he is. All good exposure. I’m looking forward to seeing what song they pick. I just want it to show off his vocals and his talent.
Guess I’ll have to watch AI this week to see what the three remaining girls sound like. I haven’t watched all season.

From what I can tell, she lives somewhere in Eastern Europe, but her English is impeccable. She is apparently a poster on Atop, so those of you who frequent Atop may know her better than I do.
