After we were showered with Adam goodies in April, let’s see what flowers in May. With recent tweets about new music and GLAAD honoring Adam with the Davidson/Valentini Award, May seems as if it will be a very merry month indeed. And we can’t forget the Life Ball in Vienna later in the month! Let’s hope for more great pics like we had from the CMAs (China not country music), Live Proud PSA and Miami Beach Pride.

    It was a boring, flat finale. Girls have good voices but no “it” factor at all – Idol really messed up this season.

    Okay, let me try this again. It is based on these tweets and a supposed interview, that I can’t find that Angie gave, to someone. Who knows what is going on but what I do know is AI better not screw Adam over!

    More info, they were making fun of a fan using YSMF (her song) as the slang YSMF. Stupid.
    Angie just tweeted she is not singing it (YSMF) tomorrow. But it will be for sale on itunes tomorrow. She didn’t tweet anything about Adam or JessieJ.

    They wouldn’t REPLACE Adam with JesseJ, would they? I am getting an uncomfortable feeling in the pit of my stomach. Neutral

    ETA. I mean, why would they give the person who came in third two songs with famous singers? Unless Adam sings with someone else. I don’t believe they would give him a solo on finale night. Candice would good, but relegation to a group song would be horrible.

    Nice Adam mention in this article about what is wrong with Idol and how to fix it. He is the only contestant other than Kelly K to be mentioned. Isn’t it amazing how his name is always cropping up?

    If videos were as easily sharable in season eight as they are now, not only would Adam Lambert have won, it could have been the top-rated season by far.)

    I know ulti. And Ryan announced on the show that Adam would be there for a “surprise duet” All I can say is that is that if they don’t treat him right they will have the wrath of two million Glamberts on their heads (many of them Idol fans) and that will not be a good thing for American Idol.

    They r changing things up at this late hour? We know Angie rehearsed with someone because she said so, I posted a few pages back, when asked about what it would be like singing with Adam, she never said she was singing with him, just that her duet would be amazing. Better that Adam does the surprise duet, than sing with her anyhow. We will soon know.

    There’s one word that I can’t make out when Seacrest is speaking after Adam’s “Where Are They Now” package. The audience is applauding and I can’t hear it. Headphones at full volume don’t help.

    It could be nothing at all or maybe it’s something significant.
    I hear: “Adam will be onstage next week for a [blank] surprise duet”.

    They don’t show AI on cable here, so I watch on the computer on the next day. I will probably wake up at some point in the middle of the night and check in with my I-pad, so please post something here telling me what went down and how awesome Adam was.     It sounds like ‘killer’ to me too….maybe he’s not singing with Angie, maybe he’s singing with Candice…that would be a much better pairing. Angie never really answered that question in the interview about singing with Adam. Where did the rumour start that they were singing together?

    What can Angie spill about her duet with Adam Lambert on the finale? “That’s the great thing. I’m not going anywhere, I’m still here. I’m going to start rehearsing and practicing for the finale this week. I’m so excited. I don’t know 100% what’s going to be going on yet, I’m so excited to be singing again. I’ll be singing on the Nokia stage, and I really can’t wait.”
