   mils Brian is in the States. Got here today. Who knows, he could be here for a week. I understand Adam doing his own music but would not think it would be a bad thing to do Queen, after all he was part of the band. (I just can’t get behind the name Queenbert, Queen snob I guess.)

   Does Jennifer Hudson have a well known song out? I don’t know anything about her music. They may do a cover as well.

   I think the most important part of this is that Adam is seen again on TV in front of millions and reminds people how damn talented he is and pick up some more fans and interest – it is a win win. I really cannot see any downside regardless of what he sings. It speaks volumes that he was asked back to the finale.

   Plus, it is fun to dream up ideas for duets!

   Mils…I saw a shadow of Johnny in the background (lol)on Glee. He was just standing there. It was a scene with Kate Hudson talking to Rachel with the dance group standing around. I deleted the show or I would tell you where to look.

    One more point about covers, don’t the “cool, hip, edgy” judges on the Voice do covers together most weeks? I think it is becoming more acceptable across the board. Lots of singers do them in concert. Also, anyone that says, see Adam isn’t relevant because he is singing a cover, is never going to be his fan anyway.

    All that said watch he will do WWFM.

    Sad to hear about MeatLoaf, mils. I wore out that album, too, and bought another, and now I have it on CD. He was amazing.
    Great voice, great lyrics.
    So many times when I look in the rear view mirror I think of him.

    @milwlovesadam I’m with you on ROck Adam…I love it when he rocks out…He has the voice to do it and I think that is what he should be doing..

    Some folks are worried about the terminology of “presents”. Think it might mean he is introducing the song but not singing it. That would be CRAZY!!!

    I don’t have a problem with covers by Adam, except in this situation. When celebs come on Idol to do a song with a contestant it is always their song. I don’t remember a single time that they did a cover. It smacks of not having a song of his own. He has loads, even a not so familiar one is better than someone else’s. IMO.

    I just watched this weeks The Voice episodes back to back. I want Adam to duet with Karina and Sasha more than anyone from Idol. They both have huge voices and together they would kill it! He and Sasha have a history so maybe she can put in a good word with the producers. If peeps here are sending up their dream duets on reality TV, those are mine

    It specifically mentions Adam’s performance so I don’t think we have anything to worry about. I can’t think for a minute that they would invite him to appear and not take advantage of the opportunity to have him sing. That would just be ridiculous

    I’m really excited about this Life Ball thing. It is going to be a huge spectacle, and Adam is PERFECT for it! He’s going to revel in all of that spectacle and theatrics, and he’ll be totally in his element, and there will be no need for him to hold himself back. And we get a new song! Yay!

    I can’t believe it! I’m actually going to be in Vienna May 25-26. What I would give for a chance to see that performance live….harem pants and all. They did mention a live broadcast on the Live Ball site, so maybe I can at least watch it as it’s televised. I’ll also be hyper alert for possible AFL sightings as I tour around Vienna. The smart thing to do would be to hang out around some high end, hip men’s clothing shops, although how do I explain that to my travel companions. I can just imagine the eye roll bonding my husband and mother will have if I do run into Adam and profess my “undying love” to him.
