This is so true! Many tenors have a sharper, more shrill tone. The tone of Adam’s voice, even in the higher registers, is so rounded, bell-like, never sharp or grating, always pleasing to the ear. It truly is like Melinda Doolittle said, melted gold and veeerrry expensive. Every concert is a bargain!

I have been obsessing over the “Welcome To The Show” video, like most of us.
On closer inspection and of watching it so many times, I really noticed the stage setting & lighting used. Starting at the beginning, is the camera pulled back, showing Adam’s silhouette. Then the camera pulls forward, encompassing Adam in a mist.
It’s quite symbolic that, Adam is in front of 2 inverted triangles. These are male & female symbols, of which Adam has a little of both in him. The one on top being black, and the other is white below it. Also, the lighted panel behind him has many ‘Star of David’s,’ glowing with red lights. The red really was a great color to accent his black & white attire.
Well, back to the video.
