February went roaring out like a lion with Queen and Adam wrapping up their sold-out 26 city tour of Europe and UK. March is all Lambert as he heads home or to a possible vacation spot for a well-deserved rest. That will be short-lived though as the promo for The Original High picks up with the single release GHOST TOWN scheduled for April 21st.

This month’s main photo is from the BRITs red carpet. Adam attended the event with the head of the Warner Brothers label and just happened to be in the neighborhood.

    Hope the sun comes back out soon!!!!….Son is off to LA soon to try and get out of the Nebraskan snow….its the first cold winter he can remember…and he’s very much over it now!

    Still haven’t watched the Sheffield vids…waiting for a real quite time, to give me something to look forward to.

    Hi ALL-

    Hearing all the mentions of Wilkes Barre 2012 brings back such great memories. I mentioned to sparkle just a couple of weeks ago how fun it would be if the “kick off” for the new album started there…again! It was a special night for Adam having just made #1 at Billboard and it was a special night for the many of us who met up there…most for the 1st time. After a wonderful get together dinner and Adam concert we all waited at the buses(?) for a couple of hours and then Adam came out and signed everything that was put in front of him. So gorgeous, so close, so special and not hundreds of people! We may never see that again.
    sparkle can’t wait to pick you up again and do it over……..

    Thanks for the beauty pic of March! I am more than happy to stare at it the whole month Smile

    I have had a day off, friend was visiting. I of course had to flail about my concerts/trips a bit and showed him that hilarious behind the scenes clip of tour crew. It definitely was his kind of humor too!

    Break from catching up but I just read your recap luval, thank you. I am sure experiencing that all on the floor so front was amazing! And so true that one concert is not enough to see all the aspects of the show. I am sure if I was that close I would only see Adam. Reading about London made me remember I was on those same hoods only 6 weeks ago. I am not a city person but there is something very cool in London, I like it. I am glad you could make your dream come true!

    Hi everyone. I have an announcement. I have a new member of my family. Born today at 6 PM Central Time. At my local AT&T store. It was a safe birth. No pain. Just some lessons.

    I am now the proud mother of twins. A brand new smart phone. And a free tablet.

    For those of you who know me, this is major.

    The guy, who I’ll tell you about in a minute, said for a newbie, that I caught on amazingly fast. I told him that I have a secret life online. And have had many mentors along the way.

    The guy, Matt, was very very good looking. About 28 years old. About 6″1″ with dark hair in a swept up do, and a nice trimmed Melvin. With deeep blue eyes. And a facial structure so close to Adam’s I had to keep diverting my eyes, because, he was so similar to Adam , down to and including a freckle on his lip, and the same little crooked grins, I just was sooooo distracted.

    Anywho, Matt, my new best tech friend, is super into music, and named Queen as one of his favorite bands of all time, without my telling him first about QAL. I told him I had seen them 3 times this summer, and he was all “Where?” “They were on tour??” “I would have gone…” All the same things we heard so many times. While waiting for a part of my deal, we peeked at IHeartRadio, just to get him started.

    Guys, he’s IN. So IN. He flipped for Adam with Queen. I gave him several more video ideas. TeeHee

    Needless to say, my trip to the AT&T store was a hoot. And a holler. And now, I have a phone, a tablet ( in 2 days ) and new tech skills. Gah. I’m skeered. Need to take baby steps.

    I have two new babies and a new Queenbert.

    I can talk to my phone. And it will answer. I’m skeered for real.

    I’ll second mmm222‘s vote for the champagne spit in Philly as the BEST! I don’t know if it was the longest, the funniest or anything else, except that it was OURS! And it was divine! And it was the sexiest thing ever! And I nearly died!
    Gah…it was awesome!
    On top of my head and running down my face…ahhhhh
    Why did I have to wash it?

    And we made Adam laugh!

    Hi little dutchess! Wilkes-Barre was very special and yes, I’m more than ready to do it all over again! So glad we waited both times after the show to see Adam and that the Duke had his yellow tie signed by the one and only AFL!! Can’t believe that it’s been almost 3 years! Time flies when you follow Adam!!

    Dear jlurks the Turtle just arrived this morning, hand delivered to my door, in perfect condition and none the worse for wear after his long journey. I fed him on some of the wonderful salted licorice I got from LadyNorth, will let him rest a bit, and then I will send him on his journey east toward Hong Kong, Malaysia, and New Zealand.     Since this is a public blog, I prefer posting my pics on a members only thread. (My photos from this summer are posted directly above these.)

    I am not very happy with the quality of the photos since I was afraid to bring my better camera into the venue, but cher saw them last night and says that they are OK. Best way to view them is not to go to individual photos, but to view it as a slideshow or to quickly click through them, then you get nice series of images.

    Please let me know if you see this and what you think. Since I post when most of you are asleep, I often don’t know if people see my posts.

    Morning Cait. CLYG was a bonus track on the UK version on FYE. It wasn’t on the US album. It wasn’t single or a movie soundtrack. That was Time for Miracles, from 2012, but it might have been background for something you heard on TV. IDK.

    Congratulations on your two new babies Mils That’s one more than I have. You’ve entered the 21st century. I have a friend here that still doesn’t have a computer! She’s a manager at JC Penny’s! Her controlling husband has a laptop but doesn’t let her use it. And she LOVES Adam!

    I am not awake luval just sleepwalking… ROTFL Cait, I can’t remember now but at the time many of us were trying to figure out what song Can’t Let You Go reminded us of. rs, ask mr. Think she came up with the closest resembling song. I’d ask her but I am supposed to be sleeping. Shut Mouth

    Re: Can’t Let You Go, ohhh how I love that song. I don’t think it reminded me of any other song, what I loved about it was its originality (and lyrical depth and rawness and general vocal amazingness ofcourse, haha). The song I remember that reminded me of another song was Outlaws Of Love, which reminded me of a Scorpions song called Send Me An Angel… but I guess that’s irrelevant to the newbie Smile

    Cait, I knew I had seen Can’t Let You Go on a chart somewhere. It reached #34 on UK Rock charts although not released as a single.

    Hi rs, thank you for your photos, I just had a slide show with them. Great moments there, going through them as a slide show gave an impression of a video that was stopped every now and then! A lot of great pics of Adam “in action”. Especially loved some floorbert ones and black&white shot of Adam commanding the audience hands up on sides. So so many great poses, damn tight security that prevented you from taking your better camera. In our ticket they said no cameras no cell phones, we were quite worried if we can take anything…

    Same happened with my photos too, kind of blurry even though I didn’t zoom much. I think there’s just not enough light at the spot where we were, for pocket models that are allowed to the venues. I also remember my brother telling me that using pocket cam zooms often causes blurriness. Sigh, I guess I have to forget using my cam indoors…

    I don’t have picasa or cloud storage, but I shared a selection of my Prague photos in my fan facebook. I will put the link to the same thread as rs.

    LadyNorth, I just looked at your album and your wide angle shots are great! They give a wonderful view of the cheering crowd, and you captured a great one of that guy near us with his arms up and spread wide. I kept trying to get him, but I wasn’t as successful. After the passive people sitting behind me, it was good to be reminded of how enthusiastic the crowd on the floor was. We have some of the same photos and your Q shot are beautiful. Put yours and mine together and we have one complete Prague album (minus the perfect close-ups, of course, lol)!

    Just read your Prague recaps, and perused both albums, rs and LadyNorth. Very nice, and brought back memories as we were sitting together. Great show, and so nice to see Adam back in full form and so animated.
    Can you believe we have relapsed? Took hubby to clinic Saturday, going myself just now – fever, chills, coughing again. Don’t understand, we have been very good.

    I know that the concert lighting makes it difficult in photographing, but it also lends to some beautiful pictures.

    I was noticing, well I had noticed before, how exquisite the line is now from Adam’s thighs to his hips and tush. It’s just a bit of physique tweaking, but noticeable! UNF

    Oh rs, don’t think like that! Just like you said earlier, we need different kinds of photos, from different angles and distances. I want to remember the whole show, not just Adam’s face even though it is the most beautiful thing on earth. Both those peeps were very close… I would also like to find a good quality further distance videos of the show to see the light show and audience.
