Adam is continuing his “We Are Glamily” mini-tour of Asia as March begins. This tour will proceed to Russia and Eastern Europe later this month, wrapping up in Helsinki, Finland on March 22. Above we see Adam in one of the iconic poses of the tour thus far, at the third Tokyo show on February 21 (photo by @letmelive81). We will see what the rest of the tour holds in store for us this month, and perhaps we will start to get some idea as to Adam’s plans for the upcoming spring and summer as well. Enjoy the chat!

    I just did something I’ve never done before … I phoned luval at work(!) to tell her about Miami. She needs to request time off from her job weeks in advance so I thought I should let her know right away.

    I think she’s already booked her flight. Laugh

    I hope you can work out those logistics eywflyer! There’s a good time for all of you just waiting to happen!

    Thanks Ron, hopefully things will work out for as many folks as possible.

    I do think there will probably be at least a few additional one-off concerts at festivals and such during the summer as Adam is a pretty well proven draw to these things, but of course we can’t count on that. In summer 2011 he performed only at Moscow and Ste. Agathe. Of course now that three years will have gone by since Adam performed at some of these festivals during the Glam Nation summer in 2010, they may be ready to bring him back.

    HK fan, we met at the London dinner – I was the organizer and was collecting everyone’s money with ths help of my very tall “enforcer,” cgesq LOL.
    Some of us also met LadyNorth after London 2, when we invaded that McDonald’s that Cher’s nephew found. I sat next to her (lucky me).

    Back from a short trip to the French Embassy for a seminar and more importantly a dinner last night with adamized, mmm222 and ulti! We haven’t seen ulti since last summer at National Harbor, such a treat!

    And yes this means that I am pretty much recovered! Grin
    Finally! Everyone’s good wishes and real and virtual flowers and cards meant so much…it is easy to get better with cheery messages coming in a constant stream!

    Just caught up…TLKC, thank you for that lovely comment about me at Ste Agathe. If there is such a photo, I would love to see it.
    And definitely it was wonderful to have those two days together to really get a head-start on deeper friendships, rather than just a dinner. And nekkid and I even went to an additional concert together the night before Adam’s show to scope out the venue but also to enjoy that performer.

    HOORAY for a Miami gig! I remember the wailing and gnashing of teeth during glamnation when it looked as though Adam was going to scorn you! It is very fitting that you would get one of the doubtless very few one-offs this summer.

    And finally, thank you for kind words re my post just before I left, about being nervous before Adam concerts.

    AL yes, they announced opening act for Adam in Helsinki. I don’t know her or her music, she is a new star with debut album out, has participated Finnish Idol years ago but didn’t get into the finals.

    I started to watch the St Agathe dvd tonight while I was doing my ironing…then decided it wasn’t a good idea, as I couldn’t take my eyes off the screen so was in immediate danger of burning myself!!!! will watch it when I can concentrate properly on the screen.

    I think we’ve all seen this MSN interview but the part I find interesting to me is at about 3:30 when he says “of course, I want more”. Sometimes I think he’s perfectly satisfied with the way it is now with his life but he DOES want more!!

    So I have have noticed that Adam is paying very close attention to Idol this year, much closer attention than he usually pays at this stage of the game, and also surprising given that he’s on tour. Hmmmm. (strokes chin) I have a theory. Maybe when they didn’t give him the judging job they gave him some other kind of role, and maybe we will see him onscreen in a mentoring role later in the season after he gets back from the WAG tour. So he’s tracking it fairly closely now so that he is aware of the arcs of the remaining contestants when he goes on the show. There will still be a number of weeks left of the competition after he returns.

    I just think it’s noticeable that he’s tracking and tweeting about it so much and so early this year…

    Gah – Miami sounds like a blast! I’m so happy for you southeast coasters and anybody else considering going! I wonder if it will be the WAG show, or something different? I wish I could go, but I don’t see being able to leave husband, child, and new job to get myself across the country to Miami for a gay pride event. I’d have some ‘splainin’ to do. LOL

    But something on this side of the Rockies? I’m all in!!
