Adam is continuing his “We Are Glamily” mini-tour of Asia as March begins. This tour will proceed to Russia and Eastern Europe later this month, wrapping up in Helsinki, Finland on March 22. Above we see Adam in one of the iconic poses of the tour thus far, at the third Tokyo show on February 21 (photo by @letmelive81). We will see what the rest of the tour holds in store for us this month, and perhaps we will start to get some idea as to Adam’s plans for the upcoming spring and summer as well. Enjoy the chat!

    BTW mils, did you ever see this video “The Look of Funny Girl”. Very interesting! Not great quality but it’s all behind the scenes stuff that I just love. All the costumes tests are here including a couple that are great but weren’t used in the movie. It’s narrated by Arlene Francis(?)

    I never understood the attraction of this low pants look. It makes you look like a toddler when it’s time for a diaper change.

    I just watched the Funny Girl behind the scenes video again. I hadn’t seen it for a couple of years.

    Next time I do one of my outfits videos, I’m going to keep walking around my dining room table.

    Turq: My favorite is when I saw a young man trying to cross a busy 6 lane intersection while pushing a stroller with 3 kids in it with one hand while fighting a losing battle to hold up his pants with the other hand, and the pants hit the ground just as he was nearly hit by a car. He literally stepped out of the pants and left them in the street. I had my teen sons in the car with me, and we were all laughing so hard I could barely drive!

    Hi Ron! I haven’t been back to see my Queen-loving massage therapist yet. And I don’t have any Adam/Queen music on a cd yet. If I have time to make one in the next week or so I will and take it to my next appt which hopefully will be later this week. I can’t go too often as I’m trying to save money for a trip to an Adam Lambert concert somewhere closer than a 4 1/2 hour plane ride!

    But more about my Dad. When Sauli was by us on his phone my Dad says. He is a little thing but seems sweet. I told him about the sunshine name so he proceeded to tell anyone that was listening that that was his nickname. .Between the German and my dad, I was the rational one.  Ha!  

    Then today we went out to Hammersmith because I knew he would love a few restaurants I found. We ate Moroccan. I showed him where Queen and Adam played.  During dinner we start talking about Brian May, his red special and his degree. Then he said, I can tell Adam is a nice looking man but does he wear makeup all the time?  I told him no, it is the performance makeup he saw the night before and showed him some pics sans makeup and he said okay, I get it, I thought wearing the heavy makeup was his thing but he looks better clean. 

    We then started talking about DOMA. My dad is a true conservative, military vet, religious,  etc.  He really believes being gay is a choice, but has always defended equal rights with regard to race. Then he shocks me and said, I think Adam and sunny (thinking “sunshine”) should be able to get married.  Why shouldn’t they?
     
    I didn’t say another word.  He still may not love the music but he changed his mind because of Adam and my, our, fandom.  One person at a time. 

    Really, best trip ever.

    Beiber is about to self destruct. I saw this article a few days ago. What was he thinking here? The monkey is the least of his worries, although it’s another example of how bizarre he’s becoming.

    I am on my desktop but my iphone won’t let me log in here. It says “access denied. This site is protected by the Stop Spammer Registration Plugin.”

    Eywflyer, I think you said to advise you of the IP address but how do I find it? I went to settings but nothing seemed to say “IP address”.

    Open Network and Sharing Center by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Network and Internet, and then clicking Network and Sharing Center.

    Under Connection, click View status.

    Click Details to find your IP Address.

    Ron…Thanks for that info but I think that’s how I find the IP address on my desktop. The “denied Access” was on my iphone.

    But what I did was shut the phone off, then turn it back on. This seemed to make things back to normal.

    eta: I tried your directions on my desktop and they work so now I have the desktop IP address if it ever happens here!

    Oh, you’re going to present Adam to your friend on a CD that you’re going to put together. That’s a good idea!

    Would you consider letting him borrow your Kiev DVD? I assume you have it. That would be easier for you but maybe you want to show a variety of Adam performances, that aren’t exclusively with Queen, and that will show more of an overview of Adam and his talent.

    Whichever way you do it, I hope you’ll let us know his opinion be it thumbs up or … well, what else could it be?

    Thanks Cher I know what you mean. I took him when he was about 8 and he was skating rings around me until I fell. He is such a sweety he was scared he had hurt his Mamaw.
    It’s nice to see pics of Adam in his everyday street garb instead of his stage attire.

    I also get the same spammer message on my iPhone when I try to sign in sometimes. I was accessing through my phone alot when my computer was down and after a while, this site shut me out, too. How do we find out the IP address of our phones? Not that it’s absolutely necessary but, if there’s breaking news…

    LOLS! The girl who ran to Adam’s car for a photo went nuts in her hotel room when she realized that Adam had retweeted the pic. Her roomie took a video. It’s sideways and blurry when you enlarge it but she freaking out on the bed. She was so loud the manager came to the door to see if she was okay.

    BTW, there seems to be a small Beleiber-style backlash as in “who the heck are you, not even a fan?” so if you are on twitter, please send her a nice tweet.

    This is cool. AT&T is running a promotion to meet Adam and see a private concert this summer. Its part of their LGBT initiative. Looks like they are sponsoring a bunch of big pride events this summer. Adam is on all of their liveproud pages. Nice

    Like Josiah Hawley on The Voice – sang Levine’s “Sunday Morning” – very nice and 6’1″ and 11.5 shoe. He didn’t pick Levine, but Usher – some wondering why. Levine looked a little annoyed at this performance since Josiah was tall, handsome, great smile (very important), personable, and talented. Felt like posting – “probably better than the original.” lol
