Adam is continuing his “We Are Glamily” mini-tour of Asia as March begins. This tour will proceed to Russia and Eastern Europe later this month, wrapping up in Helsinki, Finland on March 22. Above we see Adam in one of the iconic poses of the tour thus far, at the third Tokyo show on February 21 (photo by @letmelive81). We will see what the rest of the tour holds in store for us this month, and perhaps we will start to get some idea as to Adam’s plans for the upcoming spring and summer as well. Enjoy the chat!

    Low season on ALL indeed… It’s deserted like my home town today, everything is closed and all the people visiting relatives. Not me (yet), so I spent more luxurious time with riskylady and riskyhubby. It’s been so nice to sit and chat properly, they are great company! We did a self made city-nature tour today with two local buses. It was a success Big Smile And had a wonderful dinner. Now they are safely on train and I will spend evening relaxing at home and having a sauna.

    TLKC, thanks for that Eber’s tweet, I had seen others but not the original one. Lol. I don’t know the exact translation of the word “Keikari”, but it’s someone who likes to wear fancy clothes, is afraid of getting them dirty and loves to look at himself from the mirror Grin No wonder Finns had funny moments, Sauli likes clothes but is not like that. At the online dictionary I found possible English translations snob,fop,dandy.

    This is the translation of Sauli’s blog. He seems very touched by fans’ actions. I also participated that gift.

    Hmm…I would have seriously considered going to Pittsburgh, but I have to work that entire weekend. I was scheduled to take call the weekend of June 29th- 30th, but traded it for the earlier weekend so I could leave for the San Diego concert the morning of June 30th. Oh well, I’d much rather go to San Diego, so it’s okay. Pittsburgh is over 5 hours away and it sounds like it will be a real mob scene, especially with no VIP area available. But it does look like there will be more scattered one off concerts this summer. I’m hoping for one closer to home and I’m still holding out hope for a Queenbert redo.

    My office is closed today, so I’m enjoying some quiet Adam time at home. Happy Easter, Passover, and/or spring solstice to all of you who celebrate.

    LadyNorth– From your description of the word “Keikari”, I’d say “dandy” is the best translation. It has effeminate connotations. “Fop” has the same meaning, although I think of it as slightly more negative. In any case, the word doesn’t fit Sauli at all.

    LOL. My absence alone is probably responsible for a lot less traffic/hits on my part, between actual posts and # of times I log on and don’t post. Yes, I actually do hold back!!! But it gives us hits! Holidays, work, etc…must be keeping it quiet.

    Mils, I’ll add the Pittsburgh date (or AL can add it) when we get a chance. By my usual rules for listing events in the Upcoming Shows widget, the other two events would be iffy as they are likely to be a couple of songs rather than a full or partial concert setlist.

    It’s unfortunate that paps are always there when he is out, although fortunate for us so we can get a peek, but he handles it so well. Love him!

    How can anyone look so adorable eating corn-on-the-cob? He looks so happy! He is home and as great as the tour was, he is relaxed and connecting with old friends. He deserves the down time. And I love that color on him!

    Love those photos and I don’t think they are invasive at all. The Abby is always featured on Access Hollywood & Extra with paps stationed there morning & night. Adam would have his back to the street or eat inside if he didn’t want to be photographed. And I feel he’s doing what Brad & Angelina and many others are doing. Don’t let the paps get the “money shot”…that rare photo that they will get big bucks. The more photos that are taken the less interest there is in the subject.

    And I think too gone are the days where a celebrity can go anywhere without this happening. The fans become the paps with iphones, etc
    .
    And the color of that shirt! Totally stands out from all the beige & grey.

    Wonder how “up” Cher (not our cher, lol)is on Adam music? She’s probably getting spammed with all kinds of tweets. Like Adam she tweets few & far between. She’s not going to get much info from him from his tweets. She will have to rely on the ninjas.

    LOL. He’s not human. Most people get corn stuck in their teeth and smeared on their faces when digging in to a good ear. Our boy eats corn and doesn’t even need floss. In front of paps no less.

    Where are you getting the facelift and botox info from? I saw the #modeling in Sutan’s tweet but the rest? Yikes! I had a friend who used botox and it squeezed all the expressiveness out of her face. I spent the first half of a catch-up meal wondering why she wasn’t a funny as I remembered her. When she told me the penny dropped. So much of her delightful humour was conveyed visually.

    Botox only lasts for a short time, thankfully. Adam’s way too young for a facelift. Maybe this is something Sutan is thinking about? Question Sweat

    In London now. It snowed today. I mean, really? It is spring. Anyway, I decided I wanted to go see We Will Rock You again and told my dad that was my plan. He, who doesn’t care for music, said maybe I should go. My first thought was crap, he will be annoying me with “how do you like this, etc,”. But decided okay, let’s see what happens. Didn’t talk much through the show but after he says, I really enjoyed that. I liked the music, it had melody and meaning. OMG. That made me so happy! So then he said has Adam ever done the show? I told him about him trying out and not getting the job. THEN, he started the questions about Queen and Adam. Everyone we met,he was telling them we went to Finland to see Adam and that I saw him with Queen. Now, he is more interested in hearing Adam sing.

    I am sad this trip is ending but what wonderful memories and even better, I got to share them with my long time friend and family as well as Ladynoth and

    What a great story aely! My father knows about my “interest” in Adam and suffers his music in the car, but would never express any other interest in him. But then he is 93, lol
