After a week of TV appearances and a short concert, Adam will finally be playing a full set during the 2-day, 2 city multi-artist Summer Sonic Festival. Tonight (Saturday) he is the last performer on the Sonic Stage in Tokyo following Gotye and Nelly Furtado. He is scheduled to appear at 8:05 PM Tokyo time (12:05 PM in London, 7:05 AM EDT, 4:05 AM PDT) and the set will be approximately 60-70 minutes. Small digital cameras and cell phones are permitted but cannot be used to record the concerts. Let’s hope that some stealthy Japanese Glambert will find a way to record anyway!
The concert was recorded for TV by WOWOW but aired only the first three songs of the night with “Kickin’ In” starting off the show for the first time. More songs are to air on future shows.

Just watched the video! Did he look stupendous! Am slowly getting used to the grey hair. I do prefer Trespassing as the opening number. Wonder what other songs they did? Pop That Lock? Would LOVE to see that! I think those fans would freak at the VaJayJay’s & Adam’s dance routine.

Thanks for the thumbnails, AL. I don’t know how others feel but Kickin’In is not one of my favourites. The “bounce, bounce, bounce” that they added to this performance really livened it up, though. I hope they keep that.
I’m pretty sure they’ve been doing the “bounce bounce bounce ” lately. At least in Des Moines.
That full concert from wiki above is incredible. Sure, the audio could be better quality, but you could listen to the whole concert. LOL. And I did!
It seems like they were on speed-up mode. There’s a term for it, where the performer/band sings live with a faster tempo than the usual. I don’t know it, but someone here will.
Anywho, it was fun to exercise to. My meds seem to have hopped me up a bit too! I may be pulling a Kradamour tonight if it keeps up like this!
