    Sistasif! I’m still in bed recovering from Philly last night. Didn’t get home till 1:20 and I’m pretty wiped out. I’m contemplating whether I have enough energy to drive down to D.C. to meet you. I know you’ll have an amazing time regardless!!

    Okay, so I’m not going to make it tonight. Unfortunately, this headache refuses to go away. Sistasif and glambotgram, I could drive down tomorrow, depending on your schedules, to meet for lunch, sightseeing or whatever. Ask mmm222 for my email address if you are available to do something.     So this would have been my last show of five (starting in Toronto) on the adventure that got cancelled. I am soooooo sorry to have missed QAL in the company of my AL lovelies, and especially sorry that I won’t get to meet asif tonight. I know that I really had no choice but to cancel the trip. I wouldn’t have been able to relax and enjoy the experience and would have been worrying the whole time about what is happening here. My father is out of the hospital and doing much better now. The timing was just too off.

    Anybody up for a concert or more in Europe this fall?

    Rs– So glad your father is doing better! I went to Toronto and Philly and wore the bracelet that you gave me in Toronto back in 2014. So something that you touched did go to two concerts, if that makes you feel any better. As to Europe, would love to see QAL in Scotland and have already mentioned it to hubby. Not sure the date will work out. I’ll keep you posted!

    Hi ALL had a great time at dinner (even though we were late). got to the venue and sat right behind CWM, Risky and Adamized.

    Adam and Brian and Roger were amazing as usual. I have watched most of these shows online but nothing compares to live. You see so much and hear so much more. A lot of nuances that are missed by periscopes and videos.

    Adam hugged someone right past us during Gaga(and interacted with them during the show) and the group left right after, I am thinking it was Terrence’s family? Maybe he sent them backstage. Question

    That was a banger of a concert – so different hearing the boys and Adam live – pretty lively crowd for D.C., too – looked jammed to the rafters.

    Four of my gang had seen the 2014 concerts and noted how much tighter and organic this one was – and happy, quite frankly, with less FM.

    Pleased with the acoustics – was afraid the Verizon Center wouldn’t be the best, but it all sounded good. And Two Fux was a winner with everyone – that waltz tempo is just so beguiling.

    Adam’s voice continues to fascinate – the effortlessness of his singing is almost unearthly – what a gift that man has been given – happy to know, according to Bri, that he treats it with the care it deserves.

    So – great night – everyone duly impressed by the production and the consummate musicianship on that stage – grateful to be there –

    It is amazing that night after night and all these concerts that he is able to sing like he does, It is unearthly, and almost fascinating. He really is a gift like Dr Bri says. Good thing he will be getting a break, but he probably doesnt care, he really looks like he is so happy up there.
