Queen + Adam play their second show at the SummerSonic 2014 event in Japan. Tonight’s show takes place on the Marine Stage in Tokyo, and is scheduled to begin around 730 PM Sunday evening local time (630 AM Sunday morning EDT). The show is expected to last around 90 minutes, with a somewhat shortened set list compared to the North American concerts.

Could be luval but that might be because they took it for granted that STL would be in the set. Perhaps Bri and Roger figured that the die-hards would attend both concerts and get the whole shebang. (Let’s face it Q+AL fans do have a reputation.)

The set had to be cut to fit the timeframe. Given that the shows were back-to-back, I’m actually glad for Adam that he didn’t have to go full out tonight. Also, the band – some of those songs are tougher for them as well. Roger and Brian have to pace themselves. Now they have a 4-day break. In OZ they will be fully acclimatized to the time difference as well.

Yes there is only an hours difference between Japan and Perth (Perth is actually in the same time zone as HK)….but it is another 13 to 14 hour flight, with one stop, probably either in HK, Singapore or Denpasar…..

hello peeps. Thanks to rs I caught the end of breakfast. My sound was great but from way back in the stadium. I felt ten times luckier about how close I was to the stage for most of my concerts in June/July. Being so far back in the rain would be a totally different experience.
