turqoisewaters Yeah you are right, sorry about the rant. I am just a bit disappointed about this review. It was such a beautiful concert. Everyone had an awesome time…and thousands of other ppl are reading this bullshit. Makes me sad
Thank you so much for the Save Me vids skaschep!!
No worries cait. Some of these so called reviewers don’t even go and yet write reviews.
(The Reviewer)
January Georg Plavec (jgp)
January Georg Plavec provides as an editor in the department online that the reader constantly informed on http://www.stuttgarter-zeitung.de. He was born in Tettnang (Lake District) in 1984 and writes since he was 14 – for the Swabian Newspaper, Student Magazine and since 2007 for the StZ. Plavec always wanted to look beyond the horizons of journalism: as a youth council, student representatives and an intern at the European parliament. In 2010 he graduated from the University of Hohenheim his studies in communication sciences, followed by the traineeship at the Stuttgarter Zeitung and the editor field. Also in the future is not Plavec hides behind the computer, but stands with his band Hawes on stage. He is the one of the buttons, commonly known as: synthesizers.
(He didn’t see show – just sees problems with new people and Queen)
January Ulrich wilting (juw)
January Ulrich wilting, born in 1969, is deputy head of StZ culture editors. He grew up in Bremen and ended with the Master’s degree with a degree in political science, German literature and philosophy at the University of Cologne. He then worked as a trainee at the Stuttgarter Zeitung, in which he is editor since 1999. In between was wilting a year as a fellow of the Robert Bosch Foundation Visiting Professor at the Faculty of Journalism at the State University of St. Peter Burgin Russia. He is a member of the jury of the German Record Critics, lecturer at the Musikhochschule Hannover – and also writes in the StZ most popular music. In his spare time he likes to publish books and indulges in the beautiful football.
(This is the guy who said Adam’s voice keeps cracking – lol).
They updated the review article from the Stuttgarter Zeitung.

Terrible review. He clearly wasn’t at the show. He said Adam only changed clothes twice. While it was four times. According to him Adam can’t handle Under Pressure because in the high his voice cracks. And further on he says that during WWTLF he missed Freddie’s voice as well. Clearly he hasn’t listened to any of the video’s or else he would have known better.
He doesn’t mention the standing ovation of more than 5 minutes after BoRap. Nothing at all about the enthusiastic response of the public.
I dont know if I should laugh or be absolute horrified. That article is even worse. Did he even see the show? Did he even read any other reviews or see the setlist of other concerts?
There is just one way…forget about that Stuttgarter Zeitung, forget about that reviewer. Unbelieveable…
Was just postet on Twitter:
German: Kulturpegel
Google Translation: Translation
Objective and you know she was there and has seen it
Cait1602 Much much better indeed. This is at least someone who has seen the concert.
The stuttarter zeitung lost me at “Paul Lambert”, and then when they said if Freddie came back today and started a new band, noone would miss Roger Taylor’s drums of Brian May’s guitar. Sorry, but Brian May’s guitar is quintessential Queen to me. Like I said before, not worth your time reading.
Sent Kulturpegel review to Georg Plavec and he favorited it – young guy, actually, has his own band – Hawes – (said he thinks Adam has a great voice.)

Using my 5 mins of hotel wifi clarity to laugh out loud at that zeitung review. How any newspaper could print such drivel is beyond me. And, Adam’s voice cracking??? So, let’s not believe our lyin’ ears and ALL THOSE VIDEOS. Hilarious!!!!
And, as someone recovering from severe bronchitis, it would have been totally ok, but it didn’t happen – A is far too much of a perfectionist to sing when he thought his voice could crack. Didn’t happen in Milan, definitely wouldn’t in Stuttgart. They didn’t even know that BoRhap is always performed that way. Journalist FAIL. Grrrrr.
May have email of Ulrich guy – he’s not on twitter –
Nice review in Stimme.de.

In German it’s better though.
