The first show of the continental European part of the 2015 tour takes place tonight at Le Zénith de Paris. It is the smallest venue of the tour (as was the Trabendo during Adam’s FYE tour) with a capacity of about 6,300.
Queen and Adam should take the stage around 8:15 PM CET.

    Don’t know if krad is hanging around here, but I got a surprise package from her yesterday. Chocolates, sugar plums, a book, tea bags, gossip mags, an Adam Lambert bag… to keep me busy and cheer me up and obviously happy snacks. Thanks Krad. Laugh

    Usually for the concert videos, I go to see STL, WWTLF, DSMN or TSMGO… but lately when I leave home for work… another tune kept playing in my head: KQ !!

    Mieps and I speak dutch… but if I am not mistaken, Mieps will be at the concert in Amsterdam… and I may be in bed… As for Brussels… I think I will try to stay awake as Brussels is bi-langual (flemish-similar to dutch-/french)… and just out of sentimental reasons LOL….

    @ultimathulevery interesting this Paris Match article in which they mention their doubts first, but then say that Adam is much better than Paul Rogers.`Also that the set was very varied. And the writer likes Roger’s and Brian’s musical solo’s. So I guess the writer is on team Queen but was won over by Adam’s performance…

    Sentences that I like about the article:

    Adam rugit, Adam danse, Adam chante, Adam provoque, Adam fait le boulot, mille fois plus que Paul Rodgers entre 2005 et 2008.

    Adam roars, Adam dances, Adam sings, Adam provokes, Adam does the job 1000 times better than PR (2005-2008).

    Some really good videos in that batch posted by Glambotgram! Notable: STL, HOLY CRAP THAT FINAL RUN! And TSMGO, another HOLY CRAP ending!! Save Me was lovely, captured very well from the beginning. ITLOTG lovely too. RGG, great, but left me pondering about Alexander Morner’s claim of extensive chest-groping. Adam moved pretty fast and only stopped briefly twice, seemed to step up above the crowd a little. And that white shirt isn’t low, covers him pretty well. So, grain of salt….

    Yes, risky, methinks that fan is quite young and quite enthusiastic!

    I totally agree that Adam was vocally super-charged yesterday. It’s like he knew had a couple of days off and just went for it.

    Then again, whenever he has a hot venue, it’s like the sweat gives him energy!!

    Whatever it was, those Parisians sure got a helluva show.

    From the 3 french articles I read above, only the third one mentioned that Adam was discovered through American Idol…(no mention of runner-up).

    I had the impression that Article 1 and 3 were team Queen while article 2 was more team Adam…
