Queen and Adam Lambert end a spectacular 2014 by performing at the Central Hall Westminster as they “Rock Big Ben Live” on the BBC One’s New Years Eve special. The show starts at 11:15 PM and features a 40-minute set before 2015 and the fireworks begin. They are back at 10 minutes after the hour for a short 20-minute set. The show will be viewed by over 14 million on BBC One and streamed live around the world.

    Aw, Toronto Glamberts how I wish I could have joined you at your party. I was sitting here at 2:00am dancing in my chair in front of my computer, feeling connected to all my peeps who were watching with me around the world, but it wasn’t the same as being in the actual same room with others enjoying the same experience. And how well I know M‘s cakes and P‘s photographs, and ron‘s hugs, TLKCs’ wonderful hostessing skills and the warmth of Northern Spirit and the rest of you. Maybe you can email me some of the photos since I have “seen” you all already, lol.

    I love it, too, that so many guys are tweeting about Adam. So different from in the States. Someone who was there said that 60% of the crowd were men. They are the Queen fans from way back. I remember from the 2012 shows at Hammersmith there were lots of guys and it added a special energy when they “got into” the show, sang along, and did the hand movements and clapping during RGG and WWRY. Don’t get me wrong, I love us 29 year old fans, but together with traditional British Queen fans the atmosphere was something so special.

    I have listened a lot of versions today. Would love to have great quality full HD vids, but I have some problems with all 1080p videos. Videos by Tv XTRA have great sound, but the sound is not in sync with the picture. Also the full concert video by adamlambert_pic that I earlier posted has great picture and sync, but there is some strange side sound going on. Has anyone else noticed these problems? Thank you!

    Thank you ulti! It’s hard to describe the noise I mean, it’s not on all the time. Maybe some echo. First thought that it can be some sound from some instrument (from drum sets?) which is not clear on this recording. Adam’s voice is great though. Haven’t heard it in any other vids. I have very good head phones that I use. Do you see the unsync in Tv XTRA’s vids? In DSTM first they are in sync, but then change.
