After a great show (the best so far according to some multiple concert goers) in Leeds, Queen + Adam head southwest to Manchester. Manchester is rich in music history with bands like The Smiths, Oasis, Herman’s Hermits and the Bee Gees getting their start there. Let’s see if tonight is historic for Queen and Adam. And while we wait for the concert why not relive a song that Adam sang during his German “Hair” tour: Manchester, England, England!

    Legendary guitarist Brian May has claimed Lambert, who first sang with them on the American Idol final back in 2009, can sing even higher than Mercury could in a live situation and you feel Freddie would definitely have given his seal of approval. The 32-year-old American possesses a voice that reaches as high as his towering rhinestone-studded platform heels. He’s a much better fit than previous frontman, Queen and Bad Company singer Paul Rodgers.

    AL, I clicked on Manchester England, England up top. Love that song. In fact it’s been in my head for days now or actually since the tour was announced. The songs from Hair are fabulous to me. And the fact Adam was in it makes them so much better.
