The Queen+Adam Lambert mini-tour wraps up tonight at the 3rd and final HMV Hammersmith Apollo show. After a fierce first night and a sensationally sexy second night where Adam was finally able to “break free”, we wonder what is in store for the lucky Queen and Adam fans in attendance. The concert is scheduled to begin at 8 PM London time (3 PM Eastern time, 12 PM Pacific time) but may go on for hours in celebration of the last show. Cross your fingers that we may see some special guests!
To all of the wonderful folks from this site attending this last London Queen + Adam show – remember these very special events and have a blast!

Calgary, I definitely think this is like a big Gold Medal for our BB, and I think there will be more shows! US radio, who knows (and I’m starting to not care). I think Adam’s future success may not even need US radio (but it would be nice!).

I’ve said this before…I don’t care about those dogs in radio anymore. All that work Adam did…weeks & weeks of promos & kissing ass and what did it do? Nothing. I hope they’ll be begging to speak to him someday & Adam can say “NO”. But he’s so polite he’ll say “no, thank you”.

OMG. I am back in my hotel and I really have no other words to describe the feeling tonight. I have been a Queen fan from 7 until today 42. Never got to see them and was devesated when Freddie died knowing I would never see the magic of Live Aid. I went all 3 nights and met many different fans but tonight when WATC was playing I was crying. I do not cry. But there it was. Adam said that is the last show “for now”. I think it will continue. I love Queen and I love Adam. At this moment I am so happy I am crying again.
I think that I speak for everyone here – we’re hanging about 2 tons of weight on 2 little words – “for now”!!!!

YAY I did get to see some livestream. I was in the truck and on my Kindle but some of it came through. First live Q+A that I have seen. I have watched a couple of videos here and there AOBTD, Bo Rap, WATC, and Somebody to Love. But have not felt the whole experience.
We drove the granbabies back to DC yesterday and came back home today. God love the babies but I have been chomping at the bit to get to these videos. I have no plans til work on Monday morning and I am immersing myself in Queen + AFL until then. LOL
Geez, glambot, so what’s my excuse? I’ve been immersed in Queenbert for 2 weeks now.
Adam moment today. Driving to WW with my girlfriend, she says to me ” Did you hear that Idol is firing two of the judges and might hire your Adam?”
TeeHee. “My” Adam. If only. But anyway, I had to pause, and give a normal response ” Why , yes, I’ve heard that. But I really think he should focus on his own career and touring.”
My friend still doesn’t really know me…and my hobby.
I was about to post something similar. Queenberting for two weeks straight! I’ve got to get some other things done.
Next week starts Adam concerts again!!!

Believe me I would have been right there with you but there is no watching videos or computer time with a 3yr old and an 8mo baby. It seems to be a little harder at ’29’ than it was at umm whatever my age was when mine were little, I think it is in the negative numbers now. We had them for 2 weeks and I loved it but why did it have to be these particular 2 weeks. lol

1. Adam slayed once again and venue staff are cleaning up dead bodies, drool, and tears.
2. The laces survived (or were replaced with an identical pair).
2. Last show got BOTH Somebody to Love and The Show Must Go On.
3. “…for now.” That’s all I needed to hear.
The secret is staying up to 3 or 4 a.m. till your eyes feel like fried eggs. Thank god I have two whole days to myself now – much as I love the gang. Plan to spend them watching London #3 and downloading as many vids as I can. Happy.

Remember how Brian May said “this is an experiment” when asked about the Adam collaboration. I’d say the experiment went rather well. I am just gloating right now. I think all of us believed he had it in him – but it takes a special character to be able to deliver like this when it counts. For once, awesome seems an appropriate term.
