    Listened to most of the show. I have some workmen doing odd jobs at my house and one guy is a big Queen fan. He actually spent some time off the clock listening and really enjoyed Adam’s performance. He knew he was singing with them and we had a great fan conversation! ! He looved the finale.

    I’m home after a fabulous evening….Axxxel managed to find me just before the show started, so we had a chat for a few minutes. The show started at 8.20…so pretty much on time by Hk standards. there was a queue at security, but it was fine, kept moving, didn’t take more than a few minutes, they were scanning tickets, then very brief bag inspections….Hk people are notoriously bad for being there on time, so many were still coming in after they started.It was a great show, he was so playful, especially during KQ. vocals were out of this world, he just gets better and better each passing year…he looked so young and happy…..and hot!! The crowd was a little slow to warm up, but soon got there. It was all seated….but i don’t think anyone actually sat all night…apart from the man in front of me….he didn’t really look the concert type, but i think he was enjoying it, just maybe not able to stand all the time. I was about 9 rows from the front, to the right of the stage as you look at it….unfortunately as he always seems to favour the left, but I didn’t book the tickets. the show was flawless but went by much too fast, even the guitar solo didn’t seem that long. and we got TSMGO!!!my friends who I sat with who saw them in Singapore, said this show was much, much better, that Adam seemed more into it and more playful….my daughter and her friend sat much further back in the hall, but they seemed to really enjoy it too. According to said friend my DD kept saying how hot he was, and she could see why I liked him so much!!! mmm, methinks I might actually be making some headway into a family member liking himSmile I can’t wait to watch the videos tomorrow, to relive it all and see all the little bits I missed. off to bed now, its 12.15 am here…thats if i can sleep after all the excitement!!

    Omg just omg… using Brian May’s guitar solo to sit down and write some impressions… The concert is so inspiring… Brian May and Roger Taylor, almost approaching 70 years of age still rocking and singing like youngsters… Songs like “It’s a kind of magic”, “Crazy little thing called love” and “Another one bites the dust” got me dancing… During “Who wants to live forever”, the couple in front of us… well actually the girl embraced her partner, obviously being present to accompany her. He doesn’t seem to know Queen or Adam judging from his bodylanguage. He even asked me in the beginning if he was blocking my view when I wanted to take some pictures… As for Adam… well no words… I just kept saying:” oh my God, oh my God… he is beautiful, he is beautiful , he is beautiful “…. He is beautiful in appearance and voice… a vocal masterclass … He tried to warm up the HK crowd by saying ” don’t go quiet on me Hong Kong ” and challenging us by saying … like ” don’t say that Shanghai is better”. Adam did make a mistake during my favorite song TSMGO but made it up with a vocally spectacular ending. Concert is not over yet but it is just a wonderful experience… worth it every Hong Kong Dollar !!!

    Notes made in the carride back to my relative’s place. The concert was 20 min late, I was still able to have a short chat with HK fan before her friends came. Then the concert started… From the first notes I felt it was something special and uttered my first “he is so beautiful”. The green hair was seemingly gone but there was still a green glow. But Adam really had me at “Hammer to fall”. The audience near me warmed up starting ” Fat bottom girls”… Moments that I remember…. Adam’s vocal control in “I want it all” from the highest note to the lowest in a few seconds without missing a beat. Also the same in ” I want to break free”… my favorite moment was at WWTLF , the last sentence.. how tenderly he sang that after demonstrating his vocal prowess.. Also starting the 2nd refrain of TSMGO … after he made the mistake again… he really made it up… his vocals were so powerful and full of feelings. It was so impressive… “Somebody to love” was a blur for me but I just remember me being very happy after listening to the song. Killer Queen was so funny… When Adam talked, that was also one of my favorite moments even though I knew what he was going to say. I haven’t been fistpumping so often in my life haha… Biggest surprise… a danceble “Kind of magic”.. Roger’s voice sounds great…Also danced with the tambourine with Brian May. So cute… Borap reminded me of American Idol but my relative was very touched when watching Freddie … She likes Adam during Idol but loved Freddie even more. While walking to the car she said that Adam did Freddie justice. WATC was a touching moment for me because it reminds me of American Idol again. Without those 2 songs, Borap and WATC, QAL would never have happen…

    Notes made after reading HK fan‘s… Thank you HK fan for your superfast recap making the QAL experience even more special for me by our meetings… I do agree, “Killer Queen” was really hilarious… how he had to go all the way , the stair down to the stage on his high heels before he started to sing. I was sitting I think on the 23th row in the middle. So I had a good view on Adam’s facial expressions. Which made me pay less attention to the light show.. but I remember sometimes fist pumping to the flashing lights… From the first tones of the song.. everybody stood up and did not sit again. People a few rows in front of us were drinking beer and I think I saw soneone smoking something. Not sure what.. only saw the smoke coming up. Only one girl sat the whole time. I think she was the reluctant companion. Another man was the tough guy… very hard to persuade of QAL, saw him melt a bit during e.g. “I want it all” and “I want to break free”. I was sitting near an alley next to me that was supposed to be clear but people did stand there, sometimes to take pictures, sometimes just watching the show. I was with my relative, her teenage daughter and her friend. The 2 teenagers ended up before the concert began, buying and directly wearing a T shirt from Adam which surprises me because I thought they were more Queen fans. We arrived at the Asia expo at around 19.15 so it was still ok. I think I am sleepy now because I start to ramble. Arrived back “home” at 12.15. Well riskylady, despite Adam’s mistake in TSMGO I still think that it was his finest moment…

    Last note… I was a bit jealous of rs because she saw the first concert of this tour. QAL was still fresh… I was afraid that QAL was getting tired and would sound tired at the end of the tour in Hong Kong. I was so wrong…

    rs Thank you !!! it was a 100 pct seated concert but 95 pct stood up and did not sit again…Did a lot of fistpumping especially at the end of each song… and screamed Adam’s name more than once… My relative has a sore voice,I have sore hands from clapping hands all the time haha. Also screamed supportively at Brian and Roger as well. Oh ya… I can’t remember DSMN but I remember I was very happy after hearing the song. I only sing along a little bit because I wanted to focus on listening to Adam’s voice… Adam sounded so great and acted so bold.. really bold and beautiful. LOL.ok. i go to bed now. It is 1.15 am here. Sweet TSMGO dreams and signing out !!

    And so true Axxxel about TSMGO. A few times he does those difficult high lines at the end “I’ll face it with a grin, I’m never giving in, on with the show” quickly but he poured on the power tonight, so gorgeous and amazing. Yes, vocal cords of titanium! In Love
