    Wonderful catching up on some of these vids. And just amazed, as always, at the voice of our star. How many concerts do you go to where you can hear just about every word being sung perfectly clearly, with the singer completely on pitch while defining the lyrics with heart-stopping intensity. There’s also the little matter of showmanship – e.g the expert handling of the golden cape – all seamlessly interwoven.

    Been said over and over: Who else could do this?
    – Gets me every time!
