The TRNSMT Festival (Glasgow Green) has QAL closing the outdoor concert tonight. Father and son are both appearing on this stage with their respective bands; Roger with Queen and Rufus with The Darkness whose leader singer, Justin Hawkins wrote “Music Again” from Adam’s first album.

    Good morning, ALL!! Second to last show! Great poster, AWerfhorst! Love seeing Brian in his guitar shirt and pink hair! Wish hubby and I were there – love going to Scotland – our favorite place! I can almost taste the fish and chips!

    It’s so awesome that Roger and Rufus will both be there. Perhaps a surprise father and son performance? That would be very cool ?!
    Is QAL scheduled to perform at 8:50 or is that when the Festival starts? I assume the former but wanted to double check.

    There are a few vids from today on the festival’s Facebook page, one of the Darkness already. Big crowd. I hope Adam ditches the leather, forecast is 68 – 76F and sunny. Of course night is cooler but darkness comes really late. Curious about set list. Hope Hammer to Fall is back, big rock fave. Maybe Stone Cold Crazy too.

    Thinking Adam may be switching out outfits? Anxious to see the set change for the festival. Probably similar to, The Isle of White’ festival.
    It is suppose to be clear in Glasgow. Hopefully, Brian May gets his wish, for playing tonight under the stars.

    Sorry, baby, I don’t quite understand what you’re saying. That festival gets 50,000 people in the audience. It’s a great festival, with lots of Queen fans. What’s bad about it? Festivals can be magic too. Rock in Rio was magical for QAL.
