    last night at the QAL show, 4 songs in, your security moved 3 people from their vip row 10 seats because “the seats no longer existed” according to the “promoter” due to the stage being “larger than expected”(1/4)@OfficialRMt

    they took them out of the venue to the box office to be offered seats that were NOT the same value as the tickets they purchased in December & further back (section 122) or they would miss the show (2/4)

    Their original seats were then taken up by people further down row 10. Why move my friend & her friends bc the seats “no longer exist” to then allow others to take their seats? Makes no sense!(3/4)

    This is unacceptable. At the very least you need to compensate them for their vip tickets. You have ruined their experience of seeing this amazing show! @DrBrianMay

    This picture is from our original seats at the @unitedcenter in Chicago last night. Before we were removed from our seats in the middle of the concert for Queen + Adam Lambert, like we were criminals, and relocated to absolute crap seats because the promoter “eliminated our seats because the stage was bigger than they thought”. We were not compensated. There was no apology. I scrimped and saved for months to afford ONE ticket for ONE show with @officialqueenmusic and @adamlambert – and my friends and I were treated horribly! I purchased our tickets on the fan presale in DECEMBER! And the night of the show, they’re taken away from us. None of this makes sense. Why did the @unitedcenter remove us from our seats? We were there early. We paid A LOT of money for those seats. I was so excited that I managed to get Section 1, Row 10, Seats 1-2-3. And suddenly they were taken away. I’m sure you put on a great show @adamlambert @brianmayforreal @rogertaylorofficial @neilmfairclough @spike_edney @tyler_fn_warren – but I cried through nearly the entire gig. I am devastated still. I will always remember last night’s gig with sadness and heartbreak, not the joy I’ve always felt at all of the other Queen + Adam Lambert shows.
