It’s on to Birmingham for show #7. It’s the second most populous city after London with over 1 million residents. It has a vibrant music scene and was home to groups such as the Moody Blues, ELO and Duran Duran. It was also the birthplace of heavy metal music with Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath (Ozzie Osbourne) leading the way.
Tonight’s concert is at the Barclaycard Arena. Show should start around 8:15 PM GMT.

I’ve been listening to the livestream while at work, through headphones in my laptop. Got pulled away a few times when people dropped by my office, but I managed to catch most of the show. First time I’ve been able to join in on a stream since the UK tour started! Of course, I didn’t get nearly as much work done as I would have otherwise, because it’s hard to concentrate on work when Q+AL are rocking out in my ears, but it sure made me happy!

You know what I love? I LOVE it that every audience is convinced that they got the BEST.SHOW.EVER! Even those who have been to previous shows exclaim that each subsequent show is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!
It means that Adam and Queen keep upping their game, never resting on the laurels of a previous show. And that there’s something special about each show to make it a special treat to that audience. It’s just so exciting that they are thrilling audience after audience, city after city, and people’s minds are blown every.single.freakin.time.

Can’t wait to see videos. I think it’s great that Tony Iommi was in the audience. Wonder how many other “famous” people have seen the show yet we never hear about it? Even in the US..LA, Las Vegas?
The praise is getting more and more. I still wonder why oh why the US can’t embrace Adam (and Queen).
